Great video, Tony and very helpful. Was wanting a Wolfbox for a while but didnt know how to set up in my 2024 Colorado. This video helps quite a bit. Thank you.
Hello again, Tony Thank you for another Great Video 👍 I enjoyed watching tonight's video. That's an option I didn't know was available. Again thank you 👌
@@TonyTheTechnician Will you be able to record the rear view? As well as the front? I 'm thinking of accidents etc? I would love to know how you found this? Again thank you 👌
@georgeferlazzo7936 yes it records front and rear at all times. I started looking for options when I installed the bed cap and had placed my order for the rigd swing out. And I came across this style. Then after some research. Wolfbox seemed to be the best as far as quality and support. Multiple people had suggested it. And of course now all my social media platforms are showing me ads of them 🤣
I have a Tacoma with Smartcap as well. I installed my wolfbox G900 rear camera above the 3rd brake light on the Smartcap with double sided tape. No drilling just ran the cable above the Smartcap door.
Hi! I have the hardwired kit, everything works, except I can’t link the camera to the app on my phone. Did you have trouble connecting? The Wolfbox WiFi won’t be detected on my phone. Wondering if you had this issue, how did you fix it. Thanks!!!
Hey Army, hows the front or esp. the Rear night vision? My Ps have a VW jetta or something about 5 yrs old, and its in dash backup cam is AMAZING, they old so they cant turn their heads and the just look down and backup like its daytime.
I just ordered one for my 2016 Colorado, but I'm thinking of installing the rear facing camera just inside the back window that way when parked it would record if someone was trying to grab something out of the bed?? any thoughts or alternate ideas?
I had 4 different size fuse taps come with my dash cam. The 2 that you used were both micro, so did you have to buy an additional micro fuse tap since you chose both of the same? I’m assuming I’ll have to buy a 2nd micro fuse tap since my other 3 are different sizes
Using this video currently to install mine 🔥🔥🔥
Nice!! Enjoy brother. 👍

Ya I have seen that as well as it mounted right inside the window.
Can you mount the rearview camera on the outside close to the Factory backup camera
If you can find somewhere to mount it then yes
Can you move the rear camera up and down like the front one to or is it just the front camera?
Yes you can
Bought a car with the 930 installed. But my settings menu is much limited compared to this.
Where did you get that app?Start? My car
I need !
It's a huge help lol.
Hello Tony, may you please let me know what wire protection sleeve you used to over the wire. Thank you very much.

Do the visors hit the mirror on the 12 in mirror

I had always thought the GM vehicle mirror have a bunch of functions to it.
I think I’m gonna return the x5 I just bought. I didn’t think I could mount that mirror one on my Silverado. U think it will fit ?
Yes it will fit 👍
I have a Canyon which mount did you use? I contacted them and they said there is not one but obviously yours worked
It's just the universal one. I have it linked in the description.
@@TonyTheTechnician thanks!

I can understand that. Nothing wrong with that at all 👍

No mine came with 2 sets of 4 so I had 2 of each size.
Is there a kit to install the 2 underbody cameras and washers on my 24 AT4X like the 1st Edition?
Are you trying to run those cameras to the wolfbox?
@@TonyTheTechnician no I would want everything integrated into the factory infotainment system just like it came from GM
Would this process work the same for 2024 LT trailboss I badly need a dash cam and afraid to do the hardwiring
Yes same process 👍
My taps are 15 amp and the two fuses you used are 10 amp. Can I use those two fuses if my taps are 15 amps or do I need to use 15 amp slots?
Or can I just use empty slots in my fuse panel?
Nice crack
Haha thank you
Is this a Z71?
