Also for all the new viewers that keep asking about the letter "P" on the cluster while I was driving. The unit was coded for an automatic car. The cluster has received a firmware update since then, and no longer shows "P".

There's recent video on youtube of someone running from the cops in a BMW that got away but the driver used his turn signals. It was hilarious because the comment section was sure it was stolen because BMW owners don't use turn signals

I think the screen protector was more like a glare protector because it looks like it would be really hard to see if there was a lot of sun light.

Seeing a lot of "why does the dash show parked while driving" comments. It could be that my specific unit was coded for an auto car. If that's the case, I'm sure I could fix it via a software update. I'll check the settings and see if I can find an option to tweak and I'll update this comment later on.
*Edit - They sent me a cluster that was coded for an automatic car. I will be receiving a software update from them soon that will resolve it*

Most definitely is an awesome upgrade and will eventually do it to mine! Just a little to much for the unit and the updates for me personally. Maybe once they get more popular they will have different options for the unit maybe one priced a little higher and include everything. But awesome content as always!

We need a part 2 with a in depth review. And hopefully you can become a seller. I was holding off on this because I haven't seen a lot of content on it. I installed an f30 head unit on my pre lci e90 and this would complete my interior. So I hope you can sell their stuff. Thanks for the great content as always keep up the good work

@@AquaStevae the seller's name is auto-accessories2011. I believe I get the audio from the aux. I followed a UA-cam video when I installed it

Man, I don't own an E90 or any other E9X model but that cluster is so cool, you should definitely have exclusivity of selling here in the states. You have my vote 👍🏼
I've looked into this unit in the past but 2 things put me off, 1) the gauge is extremely expensive and on top all the extra gauge features are expensive extras and 2) I don't think I'd want to hack into the vent tubes in the back! But it is very cool!

Great video and great product, I have been waiting for something like this for the e90 from the second month i picked up mine is 2017 lol, i have also been following the progress from these guys since 2019 i believe since their indiegogo campaign but there 1 major problem the price point, with $1000 and does not give you all the features i think is a real bummer, there some much more importants i can spend my money aside from, at this price point its literally on the bottom of my, even asked them on IG why dont they lower the price if they wanted to sell more cluster, and they said they can but they wont lol... and further i think this thing have a lot of potential dont get me wrong, but there is so many mods under 1k we can do our to make them stand out. One last thing imagine how dope this would be if you intergrate it with MHD since i believe its running on Android..... Like i said thou great product

I’ve said all year the cluster is a mod that should be considered on a BMW. You should find a digital OEM 6WB cluster for the M5, plug and play. Not cutting anything. It’s insanity. Love the vid bro
The F10 M5 6WB Digital cluster work in Bmw e9X?
@@businessmindset2976 There are versions that fit the e9x models. There are even models that fit as low as the e6x models. @bimzimacoding on Instagram is well known for doing programming/coding to make It compatible whatever country etc

The unit itself is VERY nice. Could definitely see myself rocking one in the future. The pricing makes sense for the kit but as far as their prices go for the software updates, I'd say they're asking a ridiculous amount. Most of them are over 100 dollars which just seems crazy for skin. I feel like they should really drop the price on the software, you paid almost 1200 dollars for the unit and they only include day and night. Definitely would be cool if you could sell them in the states though!

I've been seeing this for months and being debating on buying it, just because the pricing is pretty high on top of that you have pay extra to get themes and other features.. if the pricing came down over all i would buy these in a heartbeat

I’m not sure if this will help you but regarding that coolant sensor, you can flip it around. You just have to cut a little bit of material on the neck of the sensor and then I personally used some silicone adhesive to keep it in place.
Been looking at one of these. Nice to know it worked out. This and an updated idrive screen.

Their website says gear selection display isn't supported for 6MT. That's auto/DCT only apparently.

This is SOOOOOOOO NOT the best update for a 3 series. It doesn't make it faster/quicker or sound better or drive better. It's WAY OVER-PRICED and then they charge you for every little thing. Like $70 to put a M badge in the cluster.... HORRIBLE!!! Soon, a Chinese company will come out with one, that is a fraction of the price, and has BETTER functionality. I'll wait for that one, since these guys decided to be dicks.
