    Looks really good, Cher and worth trying. I've only ever had prawns and cockles in Char Kway Teow.

    What kind of oil do you use, Olive oil or Vegetable oil? And thank you for sharing your time and recipe.

      Vegetable not olive. Olive has a low smoke point and will burn easily.

    Where do you get these wide noodles? I've been to so many asian stores, and nobody sells them.

    Just a note that the pan needs to be made non stick again after the beef, to avoid a disaster when adding the noodles to the pan.
