This reminds me of a Recipe long forgotten in most Hindu and Sikh households from North West Pre Partion India. Pork shoulder minced with whole spinach and lots of ginger garlic and a hint of fresh apple juice right at the end, we would sometimes add winter turnips (shalgam) shallow fried and garnish it with lots of green onion and coriander leaves and cook it in mustard oil with lots of ground black pepper. Great recipe!
I 100% agree with Jeremy...You cannot beat making your own minced pork...The shop bought pork is chopped way to fine and basically cooks away all the juices and hence why it is almost flavourless every time...I like a good mince that holds together in big chunks...After watching this video, from now on I will start buying slabs of pork and chopping it myself rather than buying pre chopped diced mince...At least that way I think I will not only get the perfect mince but also get more mince for my money...As shop bought mince is expensive and you don't get much for your money.
My mom always hand minced pork and I learned how to do it from her. I will do this when I’m being particular about the texture for some dishes. Other times I’ll purchase minced pork from the market if I’m pressed for time or just lazy lol 😂.
Thanks, Bro! First time for me to try a stir fry and it tasted soooo good! 🎉
Looks great bet it tastes great too 👍👏✌️
Love oyster sauce and been using pork mince increasingly recently so this is a win 😋

Ingredients don't seem to match what you're doing. How about listing marinade ingredients separately?
