  • The New Butte Creek Revue was a Chico, CA R&B band in the late 1980s. Its origins were in a much different outfit, The Butte Creek Family Band, originally formed in the 1970s by a group of SF Bay Area emigres living off the grid in remote Butte Creek Canyon. This track comes from a live show recorded at long-running Chico nightclub LaSalle's in 1988, recorded to a reel tape recently discovered by group member Michael Cannon.
