    In addition to helping you fall asleep fast, over time and with repeated listening, this track will help you avoid ruminating on the past and negatively forecasting the future, and instead enable you to focus solely on the present. When your mind is clear of the burden of looking forwards or backwards, it can turn its attention inwards to your own personal benefit. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.

    My body slowly let go of tension, 😌 my mind 💆🏽‍♀️ was able to turn off 😶‍🌫️ and my spirit feels warm inside.🙏🏽My chronic pain eased off as well a little and I felt some relief. 😊

    College student here, lol; my sleep schedule is so bad from late-night studying or anxiety about how the next day will be. I’m desperate at this point. I tried melatonin gummies, hot tea, laying down hours earlier, and waterfall noises. I’m hoping this helps.
