Hello, my brother . I just wanted to thank you for all your videos, and I found out on 07 Honda Pilots and other vehicles made before 2010 that you have to ground the brown wire from the factory harness to and screw metal to ground with key 2 wire don't ground to wire harnesses from android unit it won't work it works off resistance and then watch you're video's I even sent you links to the sellers at Ebay they said they would put add you're link because they just sell and don't know anything about setting up the unit 😮 So you are about to get more hits as UA-camr...💪🏻🤪👍

Hello Thanks for the video ! I have the same issue in my car, I will try to deal with it this afternoon. Also, I don't know what but the "Steering Learn" section is missing is it normal or there's an extra option for have it ? Thanks in advance!
Hi. I am teaching the steering wheel controls on my android head unit. All button program. Apart from volume + and volume-. They do program but it chooses the last one to be programmed. The resistance values are + is 300 ohms. - 150ohms. It looks like the unit is not seeing the difference. I have a spare switch and all the resistances are the same on both switches
I dont know cuz my car doesnt have talk button. I talk directly to android head unit which process my incoming phone call thru bluetooth. The android head unit listen to the wake-up word "hey google" and from there i can pretty much interact with it like giving a command "make a phone cal to...." "play music on spotify"... not sure if these function you are looking for.
Mine cant even pick up any radio stations due to no ant connectors/connection. I know some other units might have that option though. But in my case i use OEM to play radio since i dont loose any OEM functuion as media head unit. Not sure if i understand about your speedometer not working out for you. My unit has GPS connected and the car launcher software just picks up just fine and calculate speed. Make sure your gps signals are great.
I ve already sucsesfully actvate the steering switch (5 button). But the engine check indicator is become on, In OBD scaner say it is Vehicle speed sensor and display control modul signal error. What do you think the cause of problem ?. Car iis TOyota Yaris sedan 2008. Thank you

It has to do with the pull-up resistor settings as in one of my videos. Try each of the setting to see it works out OK for you. Let me know what setting works!
Hello, I did everything, but mine is not working. previously I hab another Android radio, I set up the steering wheel button without problem. But this one is not working. It is the same radio as yours.
There's a chance that the android radio harness doesn't have a pin out wire for neither key 1 or key 2. I noticed this after watching both of his videos and making all the adjustments he recommended. Also after researching a little I realized that you need a key 1 or key 2 wire on the radio harness to tap into the factory radio harness. I checked my harness out on my android radio headunit and noticed there were no key 1 or key 2 wires coming from the harness, only the basic wires for powering the radio on. I have the other harness that has usb and backup cam capabilities but not the key 1 or key 2. I can probably correct this by ordering the proper harness but at this point it's not worth the extra money for me personally. So I just live with it. Good luck.
Hey I know this is a long shot but I have no other option, you seem highly educated on this, I basically installed my after market screen and it worked after a day it just kept going black but the side controls on the screen never went out just the screen going black so I factory rebooted it, didn’t work, android rebooted didn’t work, then disconnected and reconnected cs I thought the wires were loose. It was working fine for a couple hours but I forgot I had set up my steering lean controls + and - and when I pressed + it went black and started doing it again. I have a 2009 Corolla. And also when i drive it shuts off and disconnects bt but when I come to a complete stop it loads back up any idea what I should do???
Just installed my android stereo on my honda pilot do I connect key 1 and key 2 ...honda forum said key 1 connects to green and red wire and that it goes by resistance so no need for key 2 wire to be connected... it this true... what should I do .. Thank you Sir
What about others android head unit, where no such options is available like direction control settings & encoder settings. I have TS-9 android unit where no such features exists.
Maybe they have different firmware with different name. Check for pull-up resistor though. I think they are more important settings for AHU to recognize the steering wheel button signals.
All I keep getting is setup failed, please try again. It’s so frustrating because my “next” button on my steering wheel somehow is BT connect and won’t get unregistered.
What issue do you have first of all? 2010 is basically same gen Accord as mine. Did you remember to save the setting? Try different Pull-up resistor settings as shown if it can correct it. Good luck!
I bought the kit it came with everything needed to hook onto OEM unit. There is a power spliter which provides power to both OEM and Android Head Unit. I also remember there is extension cable that connects to OEM LCD display.
