For some reason, in the middle of my busy day, I needed a little extra rest. I found that your video today is so sweet. I love how you love your animals. I appreciate the care and compassion with which you treat and provide for them./ God bless you all.
That was so cool watching those ducks coming out of there...Lol Now they think they are Scott free...pretty neat!! They have plenty of room to run, roam & eat all the bugs their hearts desire. Love how you guys are so good & caring with all of the animals on the farm. Too bad all farmers aren't like you. Thanks for the awesome video & for sharing the release of the ducks with us. Love you guys bunches!!! 💕🌞🌱🌹🌿🌻🍃🌺🍄🐾🐾🐈🐝🐛🐞🐌🐖🐓🐄🐂🐮🐔🐷🐥🐤🐦🦆🦌🦉🌹💕🌹💕🌹💕
Love "Living Traditions Homestead" channel. Their farm is God blessed cause Kevin and Sarah treat their animals with God's loving gratefulness and respected. Their animals are happy cause they're loved, well fed with delicious and nutritious food and stress free cause they're protected from the natural elements, extreme heat, freezing conditions and vicious predators. I like to imagine their pigs talk back saying, "Good morning Kevin, thank you for bringing us delicious food; oh yes, yummy, yummy and repeating yummy even as they're eating, lol.
I wish that all farm animals being treated the way you lovely people are treating and loving your animals. It's just so heartwarming to see. (even some of them are ending up as food).
Mother Nature is not a member of PETA…..everything dies. Sarah and Kevin’s animals have a wonderful, Garden of Eden life. They have a steady food supply, which is not always the case in the wild. They’re treated with affection and respect and are protected from predators. Death by a predator would be a much harder and more terrifying death.
When you cram people together in cities, you have to cram animals into factory farms. If most people lived like these, all farm animals would have a good life. I doubt it will happen though, because it's hard work.
I love watching your channel...I am 70 and live in Mesa Ariz...it is fun to see the animals and see how you two work together. At a much younger age I lived in Utah and had horses , milk cows and chickens. My 2 children were 2 and 4 years old great times. Not everything works out and I raised my children in Az as a single parent. It is fun and encouraging to see the closeness you share. Keep with the positive Sandra
Thank you for being tender towards all the animals on your farm... I wish everyone had a Spirit of kindness for those in their care! Sincerely in Jesus:-)
Each time I watch one of your videos, new or old, I kick myself for ever leaving "the country" and going to the land of concrete and blacktop. There's not a better place to live! What you have developed is incredible! God bless you both, and the girls, and keep you in his care. ❤
Omg, we've got a runner... while you two were talking to camera and had your back to the ducks at the end, one of them was being a rebel. They are just precious.
I agree 100%,.Kevin znd Sarah are great role models for aspiring homesteaders on how to treat your animals and to keep them clean and dry..Just love their videos and how handy they are at building and fixing things, and then also being good cooks.
I am always amazed with what you all are doing. Rose and the baby are doing well. The piggies are cuddly for sure. Now, the ducks have company in the mote. OH! before I forget I love your shirt. I have always thought the same thing over the years. I know you don't always get time to address all of the trillions of comments you get. But, I know you get a few chuckles from us too. I always make sure I watch your adventures and that keeps this ole' lady grinning.
Kevin, instead of waiting for the plants to cover the hoops, use you perforated cloth to cover them that way you can pass with a mower or just yourself and not have to stoop. Love your channel guys. Mike
Thanks for sharing with us, the ducks will learn eventually. They are really looking good. The shade over the watering station looks good. Thanks for sharing with us, Fred. 🙏🏻🙏🏻👍👍👋👋👏🏻👏🏻
Good morning, dears. Coffee and video I look forward to so much. Closing on property in a few weeks...dreaming and planning for a mini farm. We are so doing a chicken moat around our veggie garden.
I enjoy seeing your ducks. Please show more of them and your chickens, as to breeds, and purpose; eggs, meat; breeding.... etc. Your rooster is magnificent .... love that tail
Sarah and Kevin, your videos are so calming. All the sounds of happy animals and to watch the ducks in their confusion see their new run was so funny! You guys are awesome and great stewards.
Sarah and Kevin in waiting ever so patiently to find out how you're losing weight. You both look fantastic and I know feeling terrific as well because it shows. I'm so proud of you and your family. ❤❤❤❤
I don't know why people are taking my compliments in the wrong direction but it's really unnecessary to be so negative. I love this family, their values and their work ethics. I've always thought they looked just fine but lately they both are looking fit and glowing. (Not that they never were before. It's just really noticeable lately). So those that are being negative please stop. Let's not fill the comments up with it. Be positive and give compliments to one another. It really does fill good to be nice!!
You can even let the milk sit in the bucket a few more days so it ferments/curdles a little more. It’s good probiotics and helps them digest their feed better. The more solid the curdles the easier/faster they will eat it…instead of having to drink it.
Absolutely love the animal videos. I enjoy the sounds of all the animals. They all sound so happy. You can tell they are well cared for and loved. God Bless you for all you do.
Always such a pleasure to watch you both. Kevin, your tee shirts always crack me up. And Sarah, how is it that you keep looking younger? Thanks for sharing your joy. ❤️
I'm not sure why, but my favorite scene of he whole video was using a plasma torch while raising animals that were domesticated about four and a half thousand years ago.
I loved seeing all of your ducks come out of their hoop coop, glad you waited around & got them to come out, & of course the chicken plopping out too! Tooooo cute 😍
From Ohio. I’m so glad to have found your channel a while ago. I’ve subscribed to your channel the day I found it and I have shared and liked everyone I have viewed. I love your channel your farm and you and your family. Your wonderful people. Sending you prayers and love. God Bless.❤️❤️
LOL, Kevin. You have the BEST t-shirts! I so enjoy watching what you guys are up to. It may seem routine to you but not to those of us who can't have or don't want to actually raise our own cattle, pigs, poultry. Your cow looks so beautifully conditioned. So sleek!
I always enjoy your videos but Kevin that shirt, it just gave me the giggles. You wear some really great shirts. Rose is a really beautiful Jersey... LOL.. so much for the ducklings venturing out on their own. We do love the duck runs in the mornings, God bless
Put a sheet of the cloth over your arches to give shade now and the plants will still grow up over it. Just a thought, ya'll and awesome an doing a great job with everything. An you're amazing with your animals.
Hello Kevin and Sarah ... your mornings are busy as ever. So good to see the progress of your journey. I am excited for you. I get excited when my projects in my garden come out successful. May God keep blessing you and your family!🐄🐖🐓🦢💕
I LOVE that y’all use an actual milking machine! Yes, pigs, chickens and ducks/geese like mushy food. Pigs and water fowl like ponds/pools, bonus (and a great video) if you put a sprinkler of some sort. Chickens like dust baths and ground up oyster shells lol. Anyway, great job of setting a good example for keeping clean, healthy animals!
Also, just some shavings on the pavers would cushion their feet and protect them from any heat…the chickens will likely scratch through them, but the shavings will break down and add to the soil..
Good morning. First off - Kevin I love your t-shirt! I love how you two are such great problem solvers using what you have on hand! Thank you for sharing!
My father used to spent all the summers at his grandparents big farm in Central Europe. He was always telling us about it. The best memories. It was very idyllic. I guess we all come from the country and we all have it in our genes.
“EVERYONE is entitled to MY OPINION.” 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Kevin wears some of the greatest tee shirts…….keep them coming!!
I'd love to get Kevin's shirt. At my sge, I feel like I can get away wiyh it :-D
Where does Kevin get those shirts?
@@amelia-ireneinpdx2613 me too... And with my Attitude 😂😂
Will the ducks and chickens now share each other’s coops?
My dad always said "Everyone is entitled to their own idiotic opinions"
I think it's really sweet to hear Kevin tell all the animals good morning.
I enjoy that too... we're the same way with our animals. 💕
I love that he does that too lol
I love all of the animal sounds. Thank you so much for not putting music over it.
@7:38 I love that you told Rose, "Thank you for your milk." And Kevin always says, "Mornin', pigs!" and, "Mornin', chickens!" Makes me smile.
For some reason, in the middle of my busy day, I needed a little extra rest. I found that your video today is so sweet. I love how you love your animals. I appreciate the care and compassion with which you treat and provide for them./ God bless you all.
The pigs getting feed with the whey is just like their morning cereal; yum!
You always have your animal’s best interest at heart! 👏
That was so cool watching those ducks coming out of there...Lol

The ducks were so funny. They practically standing on each other's feet. Thanks for the entertainment. God bless you and your family.
I appreciate how matter of fact Kevin's builds are. They do what the need to do vs a bunch of unnecessary drama.
The ducks look like a group of kids on a field trip!
Oh my, those ducks are too hilarious! Thank you for sharing! You guys are great animal folks. You are stewarding your blessings well. 🥰💜🐂🦆🌼🌿

Whoa! I hadn’t watched y’all for around a month. I feel like I’m catching up with friends. You have lost some weight Sarah. You look great!
Each time I watch one of your videos, new or old, I kick myself for ever leaving "the country" and going to the land of concrete and blacktop. There's not a better place to live! What you have developed is incredible! God bless you both, and the girls, and keep you in his care. ❤
Kevin, you and Sarah make everything you do look so easy. Will we ever get to see a bloopers video? I think it would be so fun to share!
I really enjoy you taking us along while u do chores.
Omg, we've got a runner... while you two were talking to camera and had your back to the ducks at the end, one of them was being a rebel. They are just precious.

That was like watching a clown car get emptied... lol... just when I thought that was all the ducks and chickens then came more... lol
I look forward to the videos. I have learned so many practical things. All your hard work and time spent making these is very much appreciated. Jim
Love getting to see the animals. You two are very good communicators. I’m sure other homesteader/farmers learn a lot. God Bless !
🤣😊😊😂 You guys have the best videos! I love watching the critters. The pigs are a hoot! 🤗😂
Put the fabric on the arches temporarily would be a quick fix. Good ideas.
And certainly easier to pass under, no?
Kevin is really very smart and very handy.
I admire his solutions of a problems.
That Rose is so sweet. We used to lay all over our Jersey as kids. She loved it too I think. Great, simpler times. 💜
I am always amazed with what you all are doing. Rose and the baby are doing well. The piggies are cuddly for sure. Now, the ducks have company in the mote. OH! before I forget I love your shirt. You have a wonderful set up. Your critters all seem so happy, and they're definitely loved and very well cared for. God bless you and your family
Sarah and Kevin in waiting ever so patiently to find out how you're losing weight. You both look fantastic and I know feeling terrific as well because it shows.
I'm so proud of you and your family. ❤❤❤❤
@@annebrunner9698 Agreed, but now even more so. Especially Sarah. She's always had a nice figure, but she's looking even fitter than before.
I’m sure it’s good hard work and healthy eating. I never thought either of them needed to lose weight. Why is the whole world obsessed with weight???
I don't know why people are taking my compliments in the wrong direction but it's really unnecessary to be so negative. I love this family, their values and their work ethics. That was a GREAT video! Loved watching those chickens and ducks! So sweet. ❣️♥️🙏🏼♥️❣️
Thanks for showing the animals. always enjoy seeing them.
It also should be told that a cow will produce the milk needed. The more milked the more produced. Rose isn’t missing much of anything!
You can even let the milk sit in the bucket a few more days so it ferments/curdles a little more. It’s good probiotics and helps them digest their feed better. The more solid the curdles the easier/faster they will eat it…instead of having to drink it.

LOVE THE DUCKS.
So, one can say that the chicken/duck moat is more "cooler" now!! 😋...
Always such a pleasure to watch you both. Kevin, your tee shirts always crack me up. And Sarah, how is it that you keep looking younger? Thanks for sharing your joy. ❤️

It's so amazing how quiet when they get their food.
I'm not sure why, but my favorite scene of he whole video was using a plasma torch while raising animals that were domesticated about four and a half thousand years ago.

What a life. For you and the animals!
The family of ducks are so funny to watch, so close together, God bless
Great seeing you guys! Love those new ducks. Good luck with all your animals. Be well.
My grandmother called it “clabber” when she set milk out like that. Today it’s plain yogurt. Dad loved clabber when he visited mom’s parents.
Not exactly the same things, but ok
I absolutely love the ducks (and all of your other animals too) .... they are just so funny to me!
Looks like the moat is gonna work out swimmingly for the little quakers!
My father used to spent all the summers at his grandparents big farm in Central Europe.
He was always telling us about it.
The best memories. It was very idyllic.
I guess we all come from the country and we all have it in our genes.
Fun to watch the progress. Gooooood content. Pleasant.
