Today I built an automation supercar, powered by a turbo inline 3 engine with a new horsepower record.
Yes this is the new automation i3 horsepower record.

No, I don't think I will.
Rye I think you spend some time with the side detailing of cars it doesn't need to be a fully custom air channel just vents and air channeling because one stretched out vent doesn't match the detail with the rest of the car.
I actually did custom stuff a few times on the side (in other design timelapses) but deleted the footage as the body is too janky to do what I want in the time I want.
But if I use the body again I'll definitely try to use something totally custom!

this engine is bad it has 7.5%
efficiency, it super expensive, it has no torque at low rpm and very bad power curve. it all most explodes at it peak power.

I absolutely love boxer engines because they get some crazy power even though they can have relatively small displacement. Best engine for an all around car, they can be a bit expensive though
@@Ferrari255GTO great for handling too. And the boxer 6 pot is one of the only engine that is perfectly balanced using no counterweights or balance shafts. I think v12s are that way too but don't qoute me there lol
The car actually sounds supercharged to me. LOL

Visionär is a rather good way to name a concept car since its easy to see it means Visionary (in both Swedish and German too), and the hybrid its emulating is basically the Koenigsegg Regera, but with gears and a heckin' lot more grip from the looks of things :P
It seems to me that this vehicle would, in real life, have a combination of a massive motor running through a gear reducer acting as a starter and torque booster on the engine itself, while it would also have two motors driving the front wheels capable of enough regen braking to make the wheels begin to slide upon braking. Likewise the engine's booster motor would provide massive engine braking too via regen to recover power, or otherwise recharge the battery pack when cruising. I like it, like, a lot.

@@skyhylands I have like half of the mind needed to be one, that is the practical and ideation side of it, however my academic performance in the field is quite shoddy as proven by my failure to even get close to putting that iron ring on my finger. I have no true ability at maths :P

It's a hybrid alright! A hybrid between super car, big ass truck, and a jetliner.

It can't turn because it's 4000 pounds! That's about like a full size sedan or midsize SUV. Anything that handles well is under 3000. Super cars are routinely around 2000. Put that thing on a diet for the facelift version.
I was trying to get in between a heavy gas supercar (Bugatti Chiron is 4000ish) and a Rimac Nevera (4750ish) :P
but in the V2 version it for sure may be lighter :D
Supercars are closer to 3000+ a svj adventador is 3600lbs and a gt500 is over 4k lbs hell even a p1 is over 3k. “anything that handles well is under 3000” is laughably wrong

Im having troubles with this body, the chassis sticks out in the front, how did you solve it?
You have the option to hide the chassis in automation (in the open alpha. BUT back then what i did was modify beamng files to hide it there!
Make a v16 12k rpm Supercar
He can even make it rev it higher than 12k by modding the files
But the v16 engine type isn't the best power/weight wise but still a cool idea

@@TwinTurBros after tuning ran a lap of 1:56.615 almost hit the wall on last turn before the finish line lost precious seconds believe i can get a low 1:4 second time i uploaded the run on my page.
