I'd suggest ordering a new one. A 20 yr old cable/crimp can break. I've had it happen to me yrs ago on an expedition that I owned. For $40 to have peace of mind, it's worth it imo. If u get one from a junkyard, inspect it thoroughly.

Can't see nothing. My buddy had a hard time removing the 13mm bolts with a wrench and a socket wrench cause of the little room.
Sorry, I'm not the best camera man! Lol.
It's definitely a pain in the but to swap this thing out.
