A little PB Blaster might have made this easier. The part is plastic but it goes into cast iron. I get tired of getting up and down too but that probably would have been worth the trip. I know you were on a mission. Been there.
I'd thought about that and also adding some anti seize to the new part, but didn't want to get any of that on the brakes. I was on a mission not to take off the wheel, rotor, etc.. You know how it is, dude.
@@doitallgaragetx The sensor is magnetic and housing plastic. They didn't rust together, just the rust on the casting hole reduced the ID of the hole. If anything might have cleaned the hole ID up if it was easy to get to, but not like you change them often. As long as the good one goes back in without a big hammer, bump it. Put it in as is.
