Thanks for sharing this. Very helpful, Now I know which is reserve and which is gas on. Were the valve is pointing..

Weird thing is,I installed one on my prairie 400,now it start up rev high then cutoff, have to have choke on to back out of garage, then went down road it cut off,but it always starts up,what could this be?
@sethlanterman8977 was the petcock aftermarket or oem?
@@doitallgaragetx it was aftermarket,amazon
Correct. It's the "reserve fuel portion" of the fuel tank. Reserve tank no. Reserve part of the tank, yes.
I had this same issue yesterday with my Yukon and was stranded. I watched your video, and it worked. I ducked taped it to the bolt and made it to orielys. I ordered the part and put it on the cable and it was fixed. This was the first time that I ever fixed a car and I truly thank bro Thumbs up for the video. I liked shared and subscribed and thank you for helping so many people
@LezzyTaylor-jv1vz thank you for the kind words! Glad to help!
TU for step by step. I have the same exact heater. I switched the pilot to pilot position so I could replace the Anode rod which it didnt need and now the pilot wont light. unfortunately mine is up in attic and we're in houston so it's over 130 up there and have to work laying down.
@WV591 hope my video helps. I'm in Conroe. Yes, it's stupid hot!!!
I literally had this issue today. I get in my avalanche and put it in gear and I had nothing in the shifter. So I went underneath and just put the lever on and hoped for the best. I got to the O'Reilly's and the part is in the isle for HELP section. There are 2 different one's........1 has 2 pieces (2 of those round inserts) and the other has 3 pieces (2 round inserts and 1 U shaped insert) The employee gave me the 3 piece and I messed up both of them. I had a really hard time getting it in and when I finally did, I guess I messed it up that it would not latch on the transmission lever. So I went back in the store, got the other one, the 2 piece and that went it. I used a pocket flat screwdriver and it went right in. Lucky the guy was cool and gave me a refund for the 3 piece cause it was like $22 and the 2 piece was like $8. When you get it, look at the insert. One side is flat and the other is curved/pointy. The curved is the side you push it thru....its like it's pointing you in the direction it wants to go......(If that makes sense) No spit or lube needed...just the right part, the right direction and a pocket flat screwdriver.....with a little force.
Slot the holes
@@richard6897 ?
@@doitallgaragetx I believe it was the first obstacle that you came to where if you set it on a flat surface it wouldn't line up. Slot two holes it will line up and you can slide your bolts through

What size is this?
@dustinjohnson2116 I honestly don't remember as I made this video a long time ago. If you need one for your engine, you can look them up on northern tools website or drainzit.com.
@@doitallgaragetx yea the prices have gone up like crazy on northern tool.

How much is t e stay there??? Im kind of poor and i want to know if i can afford it 😊
I cant believe you went this route after all the youtube videos demonstrating how those bushings fall off after a short while. Use a threaded shouldered bolt- grind down the head- cut to size- lock nut. Done forevermore.
@Skidmarks368 I was going to go that route, but didn't have time to go fetch all the hardware. They had these on the shelf at autozone and oreilly. If I have anymore issues, I'll definitely be using a bolt next time
What size is it de sign decal
@@enrique1374 I can't remember. It's been a long time since I had them.
I have a 93 that has been sitting for about the same amount of time. Going to be working on it soon.
Could that be why my 4 wheeler sputters at high rpms

How are those tie rod ends doing so far? looking to buy some for my ram
They're holding up well. However, I've only put about 3k miles on them.
Ghetto trash Rap music? Sounds a bit racist.
Thanks for honest review!!! I too have fat feet , I’ve tried Grundens & Xtratuff both way narrow . Would these be considered non marring for boat decks ???
Not really sure, but I've never left any marks on concrete with them.

@luckysdiygarage man, I just had my shifter cable break on my 19 chevy express van. Your repair video is the best one on youtube. Thanks! Will save me lots of $$!
I just bought a honda gx630 at auction. There are 4 tubes coming off of it. One is the fuel, one is to drain the oil, I think one is to drain the carburetor, but I don't know what the 4th one is. Can you help me out.
Usually, one drains the pump oil, one drains engine oil, one is for fuel delivery.
Do you have any issues if driving fast
Never had any issues with them.
Can i cut that to max the gas usage

Good one!!! Unfortunately, my prototype got burned up in a grass fire. I'll have to make another one and will definitely consider that name!
Awesome, look forward to seeing the video of it!
Doesn’t work on curve cargo basket hitch’s
That’s freakin wild good lord
Those were some pretty sweet rides, for some reason my comments wouldnt post on your other video anymore but the washer fluid i use is called super k and treats 165 gallons for 30 bucks
I don't know what they put in your Summer washing fluid, where I live they only sell the Winter stuff (pretty much methanol and detergents), but make sure you have something at a high enough concentration that will prevent bacteria growing in your tank, while rare, some people who put water ended up with legionnaires disease after spraying it (it does get inside the cabin through the vents).
That's crossed my mind. I may put a few drops of glass cleaner (with ammonia) in the tank when I go to straight water.
Excellent saving tip. My wife does her things to her vehicle with 'premium' items and I'm more on the cheaper end of things when it will help me out. Same with my using shopping bags for the bathroom trashcan. Repurpose my used toothbrushes in my tool bag or firearms cleaning kit for soft brushing of some items. Pittsburgh tools in my truck for a possible fix on the side of the road or in case someone breaks in and takes them...Tekton, Gearwrench, Klein tools in my garage where it's more secure.
I agree with you there. I repurpose my tooth brushes and my old shirts, socks, Undies and towels. I cut them up and use them for shop rags. The one thing I don't skimp on is motor oil. I'm a mobil 1 synthetic guy. However, I do purchase the 5 quart jugs at walmart for much less than the auto parts stores.
Way better tip would be to buy concentrated windshield washer fluid and just squirt 2 pumps into the bottle and fill the rest with regular tap water, the concentrates usually have the same addatives that stop minerals from depositing and will make about 100 gallons or more when used properly. Just dont do more than 2 pumps with the strong stuff because it will stain the tank blue and it will appear full even when its empty
Where would I buy this stuff and how much does it cost?
If you add dish soap it won't freeze in the winter, plus it will really clean your windshield with the added soap. I've caught a Walmart sale in the summer where they sold the below -32* fluid for $1.50 each. I think I bought about 10 or more gallons. It should last me for many winters.
Gotta stock up when u catch a good sale!
@@doitallgaragetx Definitely.
You can get a free supply of "distilled" water from your house air conditioner condensate line or from your dehumidifier condensate tank. Add 1/2 teaspoon of dish detergent to help get road film from windshield. Living in a colder climate , you can start mixing in purchased -40* washer fluid starting in fall and then switch back to the "cheap stuff" starting in spring as the cold decreases.
Don't forget in the summer, you can use straight distilled water, we get our distilled from the AC unit that would normally go on the ground. Saving money for us is more the game than saving money. ( We do buy nice things though sometimes also )
Agreed. I only used the wiper fluid because I already had it. Ill switch to straight water in the future.
Dollar Tree sells washer fluid. $1.25 a gallon.
Awesome. I'll check into it
You need at least a little bit of soap in the distilled water to break it's "surface tension". Like a teaspoon of Dawn dish soap should be enough in a gallon. Breaking the surface tension allows the liquid to be more absorbable by the dirt and oils on the windshield, lifting them faster and easier.
I add a little dish soap to all windshield washer fluids I use.
Good tip, really like your pressure washing videos.
