My channel started off barely getting any views for the first few months and then I changed the way I interacted with my audience and then I suddenly started getting thousands of views! For everyone thinking of starting a channel or is struggling to grow, keep working hard and make sure to stay consistent, you WILL get there, it's just a matter of how much effort you put into your videos. Stay safe everyone! 😌☺️😅
@@nolanmolt Thanks for replying I can't believe you actually saw my comment, if you see this comment, are you going to do a segment where you give shout outs to small channels?
Quick tip: When using headphones, make sure the audio isn’t too loud. Some USB microphones can catch the audio from the headphones, causing an echo effect when in post production. This is a tip for those who are recording their zoom meetings 🙏🏽 Hope this helps
Some great tips, thank you. I only used Zoom for the first time yesterday and I have a Zoom interview later in the week. These tips were really helpful, thank you.
This channel tips is good... For the first tym for live in yuotube or Facebook... Great.... Thank u for sharing this... This video that we can help the all vlogger...
Always love your background! 👍🏼 Have you made a video on exactly how you set up and what you use for your background and full lighting set up? If you did, please tell me the link, otherwise I’m sure people would love to see a video like that! 🙂
Great camera. More familiar with the g85, I know it has ibis and great video quality. I don’t know if autofocus is great.. but it’s fantastic for videography and filmmaking
Thanks for the review, I would like to present powerpoint presentation as videos using teleprompter? is it going to be a good option to maintain eye contact and keep my speech to natural?
Haha very nice. I have a hard time with lighting since I film in the attic. I try to use my camera light and film with a GoPro. Also have a frontal headlamp lol.
Plus I would need something that can be hooked onto trusses, and can't have too much equipment as I'm trying to film and not get in trouble doing my job lol. Thanks for the tip.
One key lesson I learnt is if you are using a lighting source, place it above you looking down. There should be no reflection in the light. Hope this helps 🙏🏽
@@JoshuaSuliRuka Thank you so much for taking the trouble to guide me. I will surely try that. I somehow have a feeling that it is the computer light that is reflecting in my glasses and not so much the other lights in the room. But first, I'll try what you so kindly suggested!
My GOLD tip... People don’t watch UA-cam in groups. They watch solo. It’s an intimate experience... closer to watching TV or listening to the radio.... not like going to the cinema or the theatre. So.. we should never ever introduce a video with ‘Hey guys..’ or say ‘See you for the next video next week, guys’. Can you point to any mainstream to-camera presenter who refers to the viewer in the plural? Or any mainstream radio DJ radio who refers to the listener in the plural? Simply, avoid plurals. Don’t break what is called in theatre (and TV) as ‘fourth wall’. Keep the magic of an intimate 1-2-1 relationship. (This will also, to some extent, affect HOW you deliver.. but that’s a different topic). So simply say... ‘Hello’. Never ‘Hello guys’.
So I posted a video and I think it’s going viral I usually get 40 views in a day, it’s been 22 hours and I have 1,100 and My views are being audited I guess.
Hey Nolan, great video, thank you! I was wondering if you could help me. I was one of the winners of a 6-month VidIQ subscription during the Think Media 7-Day Challenge. I won this prize over 2 months ago but still have not received it. Can you please help me figure out if and when I'll be receiving this 6-month subscription? Thank you!
Nolan, man, I would suggest not wearing a striped shirt. The stripes got bizarre and kinda hurt my eyes. What Is great, is that just before I left this comment, I went to see your suggested video, " 5 Easy Ways to Look Good on Camera", and BAM, your wife suggested not to wear stripes. Great tip.

Great tips! Do you recommend using Zoom’s background wallpaper option?

This is a very nice information but I have a question what if your space is small and you have to use your wall as your background
If you have to then you have to.. focus on at least getting some good light in front of your face then!
