This was awesome. The way he reacted seeing the note, made me think it's something he deals with all the time, which is why he is always of at Dad's place, because he's always there. Dad's like his surrogate dad. And seems like Dad treats him like one of his own kids. Makes me like them both that much more.
We had a Jeffy too. His Dad worked all the time and his mother unfortunately had a drinking problem. Our "Jeffy" showed up at our house every day for lunch. While we were eating, my mom would wash and dry his clothes, snow suit and boots. The note that Jeffy's mom left reminded me of what our Jeffy was dealing with. Pittsburgh Dad - thanks for taking care of Jeffy.
That was my theory to. I imagined in a Halloween special someone would tell him that Jeffy was missing and he'd run offscreen or something funny like that
I love how this episode fleshes out Jeffy's character in just a few minutes, especially considering that he never speaks. It shows a bit more light on why he's always hanging out at Pittsburgh Dad's house. We also see the underneath all the yelling, Pittsburgh Dad is a genuinely caring guy. It's just but more often than not his kids, and Jeffy in particular, push him over the edge.
That "Final Season" Mellon Arena t-shirt is a gem.

All this time later, that's still my favourite part about that opening scene. As an Oilers fan, my favourite piece of merch to wear is my "Farewell Rexall Place" toque. Love tributes to the storied old barns.
That might have been the best laugh I have had this year! I love how Jeffy looks to the Pittsburgh Dad family as his own as well. Maybe deep down he's just a misunderstood and lonely kid.
did anyone else get it that Jeffy's not supervised much at home? He needs Pittsburgh Dad to keep him in line! He even offered him ice cream! Better than pizza rolls...
Dvonneh ironically though, although it’s fake in this case, most people from the 80s knew kids like this. It’s based on real life in a sense. And how they just need a father figure (hence why dad invited him in for ice cream even though he’s a pain in the ass)
Yes & it's actually all filmed w/ an iphone by his friend. It all started as a joke, curt was imitating his dad, they grew up here, & his friend filmed it on his iphone.. They've been here doin it ever since & still use the iphone
And my mom would have fed u or done things u needed she was the most kind loving woman ive ever known in my 62 yrs on this earth i hope life is good for u!
Loved this video, including the little insight into Jeffy's world. Pittsburgh Dad's attention is better than no attention at all. Layers of depth to this one, but very funny too.
That was a sad moment when Jeffy came home to an empty house with the note on the fridge. It seemed from the camera angle that he lowered his eyes like he was upset, then ran over to PD's house....who really showed compassion (like he understands Jeffy's situation). I may be reading into it, but it was touching. Intentional?
I grew up in Pittsburgh but moved to Jersey City/NYC after college. Love the pop culture reference at 1:57 because he's "in residency" in NYC right now :)
lol...this is one of our favorites so far. Keep up the awesome vids! I live near Baltimore now and I watch Pittsburgh Dad when I miss home (which is a lot!!). Don't worry...still not a Ravens fan and never will be.
makes Dad seem justified in being so annoyed with Jeffy but also makes me feel bad for Jeffy having such crummy parents. Nice Dad for letting him join them for ice cream
Been a month ... still, this has to be one of the best episodes I love. This & BTTF/Hills. Now what Pittsburgh Dad needs to do is one from his vision. Dad Vision but with some twist.
Have been watching since the start. All episodes are great, but this one could be the best. I had to pause it to leave the room as not to wet myself. I mean literally. I had to pause it and go to the bathroom I was laughing so hard..... keep it up... i want no dry pants

Being stationed away from home for so long is tough but these Pittsburgh Dad shows make military life a little more bearable. Thank you!
Catalina Hime thank you for your service!!
God Bless You!
God bless you thank you for your service
Despite Jeffy driving him nuts, I think Dad likes him like another son deep down and knows part of his problems is his messed up parents.

See? Pittsburgh Dad is a good guy - he includes Jeffy in his family. I love Pittsburgh Dad!!!
The saddest part about the whole episode is when he sees the note and the camera pans down and his walk slows like his feet are heavy...
i still dont get how this boy can make it to giant eagle, kennywood, and target all in one day? Even with red bull, Jeffy is unstoppable
Riley Perciavalle It's Gabe's not Target
Allegheny Elevators gotcha
Get to bed! You can beat Bowser's castle tomorrow.
Technically you can’t.
Pittsburgh Dad “Yinz” sounds like something they’d say down southern us.
Pittsburgh Dad me and my dad watch you every day. Keep up the good work.❤️
Yinz should make another "Jeffy-Vision" episode!
I agree
Yinzers
LOL This is my favorite episode. It actually has kind of a touching ending.
How is this touching? He just says "Would you like some ice cream?"
@@kirbyyourenthusiasm cause seemingly Jeffys parents are barely around and that Pittsburgh Dad cares about him even though he can drive him nuts
The lil jag off snuck into kennywood!
Love this. Nice to see a character we only hear about get some screen time even though it's through a first person view.
That "Final Season" Mellon Arena t-shirt is a gem.

I’m surprised to not see any SML related comments. SML Jeffy and Pittsburgh Dad Jeffy are both weird so I expected it to be common
I never thought an episode of Pittsburgh Dad would make me tear up, but there it is. Poor little Jeffy. Glad he has PD for a neighbor :-)
I love the subtle camera work and sound effects when he reads the note his mom left him. He was sad and shuffled his way over to Dad's house.
That might have been the best laugh I have had this year! I love how Jeffy looks to the Pittsburgh Dad family as his own as well. Maybe deep down he's just a misunderstood and lonely kid.

As kids growing up I think we all had a little Jeffy in us. That why it's so funny.
I teared up so much, poor Jeffy. I was that kid in the neighborhood with parents always out. Still kept me laughing though! good job! :')
And my mom would have fed u or done things u needed she was the most kind loving woman ive ever known in my 62 yrs on this earth i hope life is good for u!
“Not a toy out” “hit the brake jeffy”

LOL, This is exactly what I could see Jeffy being :P
Oh, you guys really hit it with this one. I've never laughed so hard. Ya gotta do more Jeffy Vision episodes, lol!
makes Dad seem justified in being so annoyed with Jeffy but also makes me feel bad for Jeffy having such crummy parents. Nice Dad for letting him join them for ice cream
Dad at the trampoline park would be hilarious!

GinaAlexandra that would be so funny
that "wanna come in for ice cream?" is really touching
I like jeffy's way of life lol

I'm visiting Pittsburgh this weekend from Texas for Anthrocon. Pittsburgh Dad is just one more thing that makes me love the city.
I think it was, that got me right in the feels. PD came through though.
Yes, I agree. That was captured beautifully.
Been a month ... still, this has to be one of the best episodes I love. This & BTTF/Hills. Now what Pittsburgh Dad needs to do is one from his vision. Dad Vision but with some twist.

We had our annual school picnic at Kennywood every year.... penny arcades and the fun houses...
I'm from Northeast Ohio originally, and theses videos are a very nice reminder of how easy it is to be a kid out there is! Brilliant.

1:44 - I feel a disturbance in the force... The sound of thousands of fan-boys, screaming-out in pain!
Roddy Piper and Bill Murry, fly on the wall. LMFAO
Absolutely my favorite one, this reminds me of my youth in the Sath Hills.
one of the best episodes so far.
definately one of the best episodes
Jeffry reminds me of kimmy gibbler from full house
Which makes Pittsburgh dad Danny Tanner or Uncle Jesse.
I think Dad has a soft spot in his heart for Jeffy.
Now it’s sml jeffy who is even crazier
Have been watching since the start. All episodes are great, but this one could be the best. I had to pause it to leave the room as not to wet myself. I mean literally. I had to pause it and go to the bathroom I was laughing so hard.....
keep it up... i want no dry pants
Make sure to tell the Furries we didn't mean any harm with our episode :)
Best video ever! This one was freaking great!
This is definitely the best one ever! I lost it when he lit the action figures on fire!
Jeffy needs Pittsburgh Dad for supervision.

Best epidode so far!
That certainly took an unexpected turn.
Very cute and funny. Nice work adding some good meat to the stories.
This is my most favorite episode to date! I would love to see Jeffy, though. I am just DYING to know what that kid really looks like.
I always picture Jeffy as the bully ginger kid from A Christmas Story
Great episode. Love Jeffy vision.
Loved it! Great episode! Keep 'em coming!
Here's a good UA-cam series. The world through Jeffy's eyes.
This is classic!
That was good. I want to see Jeffy interacting with some kids.
