Are these ok to do if you have hip imbalances/ weak hip flexors and poor hip rotation- would targeting the hamstrings this way and slowly strengthening this region lead to further imbalances?
This exercise alone won’t help your imbalances. I also don’t see how this will further make Your imbalances worse. But adding more single leg movement will be very beneficial.

How long of a rest should I take during Nordic hamstring? I usually take around 5 minutes because I want it to be as strong as it can be but is it better to do it as a hypertrophic way or as a compound movement?

Coach When I go down in progression 3, approximately for half the movement or a little more, I feel discomfort in my knees. Is that normal as the body gets used to the exercise?
You shouldn’t feel pain. I would do a less intense progression or do leg flexion machine

No max twice a week. We usually stick to once a week in season

Can I sprint 1 hour after leg workout
I would sprint before. But I f you really had to I would wait a minimum of 6 hours and ensure you don’t tire out your hamstrings.
