I love 7 exercises series. This exercises really help me to improve my performance. Can you prepare top 7 plyo/power exercise for footballers? I thinks its a good idea for next video. Thanks a lot coach!🫶⚽️💪
Brother your vids are gold , please upload more often if you can of course. Quick question though, I am 15 and train football everyday if it be solo team or games so I do sprint training only once a week cuz I want to make the most out of it but plyo twice. What are ur thoughts on this
Love how much you guys are still enjoying my videos. I'll be uploading twice a month for starters! Could you rephrase your question, I think I know what you're asking but want to make sure
@@ArmasStrength Just saying if sprinting once a week but full 100% max effort and intent and Plyo twice a week is fine (one day vertical focus e.g squat jumps, box jumps etc and the other day speed focus e.g broad jumps, bounds etc). Hope you understand what I mean, cuz many trainers be saying sprinting 2x a week but I prefer once due to heavy training load and games.
@@CageChroniclesTV remember that as a footballer, you will never have a perfect schedule. That’s the reality and that’s OK. As a footballer, you learn how and where to plug-in the necessary training. As far as sprinting goes, during congested schedules, I opt in for micro-dosing sprints. Something as simple as three 30m sprints 2-3x a week can go a long way. With some of my online clients, I have them performed their sprints before their team training. Again, you’re gonna run into unideal scenarios and understanding where, and when you can plug things in will be important. I talk about this in my in season schedule video. ua-cam.com/video/-COg56QxPis/v-deo.html
Yes bro, sorry for the amount of question but honestly just want to gain some knowledge and info from certified coaches like you. But anyways, I seem to be getting injured too often (like once every two-three weeks in groin or hip flexor ) i am not sure why. I do all exercises such as Copenhagen plank, resistant band work, lateral squats etc, but still seem to pick up these frustrating injuries which waste days which could of been extra hours on the pitch working. Any tips or ideas?
If you have already checked out my free groin guide. Honestly, hiring somebody like myself online for a month or two so we can figure out what the cause would be a great investment in my opinion.
Maybe dumb question but i honestly don't know with what bench press can help an athlete ,yes it make your push muscles stronger and bigger but what are the benefits on the pitch ?
@@ArmasStrength thank you very much!. Sorry if i seem to be bothering your luxurious time but do i also pic only a few of your upper and lower body when i mix it with my plyos ?
21yo, it’s 25-01. I weigh 69kg, I can bench press 125kg, deadlift 170 and squat 130. 100m in 11.8sec and I play right wing, having probably a trial soon. When I come back I’m better in every metric, faster, athletic, key player. In Jesus name✝️❤️

Thoughts about Plank (side plank and normal)
Yes we do them.

Not every exercise has to have a direct and immediate benefit to the pitch. The benchpress is good for general upper body strength.
Can i practice your 7 plyo vid and also use some of your lower/upper ij the same day or do i make upper and lower separately?
Yes, you can but I wouldn’t do all seven plyos in one day I would pick like 2 to 3

We want a football program itself
You can look at my pinned comment for programs or look at my “how to create program” video there’s a free program right there
Should I do all seven each time or should I only due like 4? I'm trying to progressively overload these exercises to get a stronger core.
Nevermind, I didn't watch to the end of the video lol.
How would these compare to the typical Ronaldo core workout I see online
Depends what Ronaldo core workouts you’re talking about
If you type ronaldo core workout on youtube you get the video by tomzo with around 26 million views
When you search up Ronaldo ab workout on youtube the video by tomzo
