Definitely. Ive worked with pros during ramadan and we still have them lift weights but at two sets and have them train at certain windows when they have fuel.
Can you make a video explaining how to make a program as a woman athlete? I ask this because when I m in my menstrual cycle my body feels different in each week. So I would like to learn how To organize my training with my body cycle ☺️
