    Nice vid coach,
    Since Ramadan has come and will last for a whole month, is it aight if I cut down on some gym weight training and maybe do more less stressing full body workouts but still continue with Plyo 2x a week cuz it isn’t as stressing on the body

      Definitely. Ive worked with pros during ramadan and we still have them lift weights but at two sets and have them train at certain windows when they have fuel.

    Hi coach i need your help can i know that in a week when should i train agility, strengthening, plyometric, inquiry prevention..etc can i get a perfect schedule as winger and im Skinny too so i want to put some muscle . I can manage if there would be two or three sessions a day.wating for your advice ❤
