Dark Flame doesn't just lower defense, it also deals Pride damage equal to the dark flame stack times the burn potency. she carries burn teams super hard, like over half of the overall dmg burn teams do in a fight comes from her.
@@jaeaikif we go with your way of rating where you take the average of “in a dedicated line up” and “put into a team of random units” she’d probably be a 3/5. Her ceiling is really high in a burn team but is pretty mediocre in a team of random non-burn units
@@TheLastCurryRice you only need Liu rodion and ish to make her work butt yeahh burn is the only thing she is good at and burn sucks coming from someone using burn as their main status
Though I would not disagree that Magic Bullet Outis carries the whole burn team on her back, but burn itself is sadly, really bad. Burn as a status effect is too slow. Dark flame can ramp up the dmg a bit but it takes 2 turns to proc. If there is a way for burn to proc at turn start or manually proc it like Sanguine Desire, that would have been more ideal.
@@Ishmaelsquida lot of id are shit outside of there team. For example 7 heath as his rolls aren't that good, but in a rupture team he is a core member and amazing payoff character

I actually like his kit a lil bit it's like 4/5 Since 1 rip and you get a 4 coin 17 rolling skill sounds good and the defense level down is just extra that is just nice
I’d recommend library of ruina before limbus company. It teaches you a lot of the clashing mechanics and how to build a team. Also with it being a full game you don’t have to wait for updates
@@spidey5558 true, I just know lob corp is frustrating for a lot of new people to the series. Ruina does a good job at recapping the story although you lose out on the appreciation of the characters and abnormalities

as someone who been using him for a good while, if its UT3 then yeah he's 1/5 but on UT4 he's 3/5, at least from my expirence kinda whack he needs UT4 to be in more usable state but eh, it is what it is
The powercreep isn't too bad if you know what you are doing. Since you can get most things free at any time you don't need to worry on missing out. Also a full Type team is still better than just shoving the most powerful characters in a team. Also there's no pvp so there's no stress of pulling the new ch as soon as possible.
Some of this rates are clearly outdated: W meursault is a good support unit that started being awful but aged like fine wine, Regret allows him to have great rolls and having the ability to use chains of others and pursuance is always great. His gameplan is to just use s1 until he's fast and uses s2 first to add 20% more damage for the other carries of the slash/charge team, he ends up being pretty reliable. 2/5 Reason: Although he's good, charge has new carries that are not slash so half of his debuffs get wasted in those IDs, but he's still good to run sometimes (specifically with outis) Magic Bullet outis is the 2nd carry of burn, without her, burn is the 2nd weakest damage dealing debuff as it's efficiency is capped at 99 damage per turn, but having her in the team instantly breaks that cap. 4/5 Reason: Not a 5 because at the beginning of the fight there might be cases where she does bad, and the black bullet gain curve gets flattened in the middle of the fight as her s2 loses efficacy, but at that point, it's really hard for her to lose a clash and can still multiply the burn damage with s3 and s1 Sunshower Heathcliff is a really high skill ceiling ID, when people say he's bad is that they clearly don't know how to use him, and I feel that's what's happen here. He defies the common strategies that players tend to use as most of the time he doesn't really want to clash, wants to lose, wants to get hit or even corrode on purpose to avoid getting stagger, he's the best tank in the game (50% damage reduction) while dealing similar amounts of damage to N Sinclair s2 with his own s2 and s3. 3/5 Reason: High skill floor characters are mostly used incorrectly most of the time and that messes up their performance, AEED corrosion is trash and if you get unlucky he loses hp for free. However negative coins are unbalanced af in clashes (the give you lots of chances to win) and has one of the best counters in the game.

Magic bullet being 2/5 is crazy, dark flames does WAY MORE than just defense level down, she is at the bare minimum a 4/5

Limbus Prydwen level tier list

For a character that revived Burn teams, rating MB Outis is brutal.
