Please can you use more Southamerican or Amazonic oils and butters in your formulation, you are very creative and you master not only the formulating but the teaching, I really appreciate it, because here in South America we don’t have access to: Argan oil, camelia oil, mango butter, and if there is. It’s way to expansive. Thank you so much, greetings from the South!♥️♥️♥️💥

Argan and camellia seed oils are easily substituted - check Marie's encyclopedia. Mango butter is trickier to substitute. What solid fats can you get?

I sneaked (aka weighted) in a drop of sea buckthorn (flesh?) Oil. My rosehip oil lacked colour and my skin likes sea buckthorn... The result is very lovely. Thanks for sharing the formulation :)

I was thinking that. It also makes the product more "flexible". Because when you are making 100g, you are likely going to be giving some to family and friends.

Hi, how could I make this into just an butter/cream rather than a stick.
I love rosehip oil but I haven't used mango butter as yet...

Out of curiosity, would cornstarch for mattifying make black or brown skin look ashy or washed out?

I have a random question about altering the PH of emulsions.
If I made an emulsion anfee days ago, would it be too late to alter the ph? Or is there a window to alter it?

There is no such thing as a diy sunscreen 😉
Non formulator which considers itself a ethic and serious formulator, would do a diy sunscreen.

A sunscreen is a drug and thus must be lab tested to prove results and approved by the FDA.
