    Would u say do the aerobic for the first two weeks, then the two weeks after that incorporate anaerobic as well? Whilst doing progressive overload as well

    so one can pick any workout from this and give it a try right, also if a begginer is doing this, should they do no ball work and gym that day coz of how tiring it is?
