I can't believe how excited a cop from New Jersey gets when harvest season starts! Good luck, God bless and have a safe and bountiful harvest!
"I feel like I'm surrounded by a bunch of baby bunnies." Cole, you are becoming Daddy Cornstar with his interesting comments.
Apple didn't fall far from the tree
@@karenriggle5435 tonsil didn't fall far from the bull. If you know, you know.
and in less than a year Cole WILL be a dad , and daddy cornstar can become grandpa cornstar
Just drove through South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa. Lots of farmers in the field and lost of dust rolling from dry crops. Good luck on Harvesting and keep up the hard work and great videos!
I hope you have an excellent, safe, and bin bustling harvest. Great video.
Prayer's for a great harvest this year. Anna wasn't having it from the young interloper. Maverick she's the queen of the house.
Cole, DS and Cooper, congratulations on the beginning of soy bean combining - I can’t believe it’s that time already! Best wishes for a successful harvest season and I hope you achieve your bushels-per-acre goals for soy beans and corn.
Boogity Boogity Boogity Boys!, Harvest 2022 is off and running, Praying for a Bumper Crop, Nice to see Pete and Anna today too!. So Proud of how You all work together for the farm. Thanks as always for bringing us along on your journeys..... already excited for tomorrow 🙏🙏
What’s a bumper crop? I could goggle it but I don’t want to 😅
@@scottshort2051 Above what was expected, bigger harvest than they thought
Harvest season is my favorite time of the year. Seeing the crop come in was validation for all the hard work done during the spring and summer. Conversely, it was a little sad when that last pass was made and all was done. Then after a long Winter, you get energized again in the Spring with a new crop going into the ground. Who knew you could get emotional about plants and dirt. I can still remember the last pass I made in field. It was the Spring of 1985. The tractor was an IH 3788 (2+2). I can't describe it but I knew that part of my life was over when I turned the key off for the last time. The good Lord had a different plan for me and it all worked out good.
Love your videos! My earliest harvest memories (late 1960s) as a farm kid involve my father running an IH 101 - 2 row combine and my mother hauling grain in the ‘49 International and ‘56 Ford grain trucks.
Hope you have a rewarding harvest !! Stay safe this fall !
Your sweet smile and cheerful disposition after such a long day is a joy to see.
So happy to see a video from Cole The Corn Star!!!!!! Here in Florida where I live we have Hurricane Ian, also Tornado watch so thank you for brightening up my evening. Keep us I. Your thoughts and prayers. You guys are the greatest family that works together so amazing. ❤️❤️❤️
Oh, I'm so glad to see Anna! Haven't seen her for ages.
Poor baby with the hunched back, she's in spinal pain. :-(She's an old gal. ❤
Man I remember when I first started watching this channel. It's amazing to see how far yall's farm has progressed just simply awesome. God is good. I hope things continue to build up for yall in the future. We need more farmers like your family desperately, and I hope you keep making videos educating the general public what its really like to be an everyday farmer.
Glad you got started praying for you and everyone a safe and plentiful harvest thanks for sharing
Harvest! I never used to be much aware of harvest time but since I started following you I see the activity all around me and feel the excitement. I hope you all are safe and get that corn and beans in the bins before bad weather.
It's amazing to me that after all the years you have worked these fields you still get huge rocks!
Mother Nature's freeze - thaw curse had us out walking the fields every spring and then some.
Crazy how the earth's crust works, huh
Compared to the last year’s start…. Smooth sailing! The joys of new equipment.
Thanks for the video Cole, I love harvest season riding in the combines
*Cole, thanks for patting ANNA for me, it is so good to see her again. MAVERICK, get away from them danged wheels, as wheels are not good for you young pup. PETE, good to see you back, sorting out all the little issues, tis been awhile young fella. Wohooo it's all hands back on deck again for Harvest season. DC yeah that's another great tip.*
So happy for you all, keep safe around the equipment...God Bless you!
Wishing you a safe and bountiful harvest.
Special Thanks to Pete for his special help late in the day with production systems gremlins impacting the Bean harvest. Pete is a pretty good example of why you need systems thinkers rather than personnel who live and work in job Silos from 9-5! I'm sending this most excellent video over to Rice University Business School for use with students who are learning about System Approach to problem solving and planning.
That smile on your face Cole at the end of the video says it all, this is the season farmers must love to see if all the hard work and prep work in planting season is going to pay off. I also really enjoyed the footage of watching the harvester in action. God continue to bless all of our farmers and their families and I pray you all have a record breaking harvest.
Very nice. So happy to see Anna
Love to see your optomizum and the happiness of how you go about this season. This is the job ! Don't complain about the things that need to be done! Just do it!! Different personalities but same mindset! Just getting it done!
Always frustrating how many things go wrong while equipment is just sitting there waiting for the next season. And the more sophisticated it gets, the more that can (and WILL) go wrong! Seems to be working pretty well now. thanks for the ride..
I used to help my Dad from the late 1980s through about 2006. He had Gleaner combines and Kill Bros wagons. Case 2390 and Allis Chalmers 8030. CaseIH 7120. I really miss it.
So exciting to see harvest started. Looks like you guys are hitting on all cylinders.
Great job! Thank y’all!
Yes! It's harvest season! Good to see you all out there making some money!
I'm so glad that we can fast forward on videos .
Love your videos! Always a break down on the first day!
YES!!! Harvest time videos.
I feel your frustration cause it’s our first day harvesting black beans. Keep up the amazing work and keep it out of the ditches and power lines.
Great video again. Still stunned by the difference in harvest times across the States. Go well. thanks
Nice video guys!!. Hope you guys have a great harvest.
Yay, Anna! Hope gremlins settle down & you have a great harvest!
Hope you get a great yield. Love watching harvest!
It's good to see you guys out getting some beans in the combine I'm looking forward for the last stretch of the season and I hope you're new grain bins don't give you any hassle
Just amazing how far farming equipment has come.
Love seeing the start of harvest. Hope you get 110 on beans and 320 on corn!
I love Harvest Season, Fall is right around the corner!
Yeah harvest has started. Praying for good Weather!
Always a great feeling when your harvest starts, but like you said the first day gremlins are a pain GOOD LUCK WITH HARVEST -- may all stay safe and profitable
You guys need a water bottle endorsement. So many single use water bottles. Cornstar Farms reusable water bottles would make great merchandise.
Very exciting! Love harvest. Grew up on the farm in Southwest Minnesota. Be safe
Planting then harvest..
My favorite vid's.
You get to see all that hard work pay off..
Or not...
Watching the Welkers you get a good dose on the reality's about farming..
Multiple hail storms & another drought yr resulted in thousands of acres planted but nothing to harvest...
I guess thats where insurance comes in..
If you have it..
Maybe moreover if you can afford it...
We need daily harvest videos Cole!!!
No we don't.. that's soo much work and stress bro. He's pretty consistent as it is
Cole I have a suggestion. How about getting a silicone wedding band and then you can wear it around the farm and then wear your metal one at other times. That way you can always wear a wedding band at all times.
AS ALWAYS AWESOME VIDEO. THANK YOU FOR POSTING . GOD BLESS YOU ALL IN ALL THINGS
Thanks for the efforts!
Man I miss farmin' so much. I loved harvest season. Nothing like pulling out of a completed field to give you that sense of accomplishment.
Always great to see another year of hard work start to pay off. If you are looking for something to watch while on grain cart duty, there is this cool UA-cam channel about some corn farmers in Iowa. Laura Cornstar or something like that, I dunno.
I am so impressed by everything all of you do. I have learned that I am not even close enough to be bright enough to be a farmer…in a million years.
HOORAY FOR HARVEST SEASON! Last year it was way late for you guys. Hopefully you get it all done before the first snow.
Looks Great!!!!TY!!!
Much better start than last fall!
Good job man. I hope you all have a great year buddy.
I was thinking about Anna last video and here she was in this one. Still feisty! 🐾😊 Have a good harvest. 🤗👍
Some fine-tuning and you're good to go !
That's some mighty fine looking big equipment you guys got there. 👍
It's really nice to see a family working well together
Up here in Montana. We finished Wheat and Barley harvest a month ago. Go get dem beans Cole. Love your vids.
Anna!!! It was so nice to see her. 😊
Already at harvest. Great start guys! 😎
Hello Cole The Corn Star. I love the new gravel you put down and the the gas tank looked good in the new spot.
ON the LED lights from tractor to combine- I would think anything that helps make it safer is worth doing. The combine operator has all the moving parts, so he has to be the one to see! But it's a team sport anyway, I wouldn't expect anything less. Rock and roll from this early "fast buck" to many more big wins this season! Make the bill pile seem light anyway! FR
I have been waiting since the end of last years harvest to see if that new Combine would fire up and work with out the dramas you had last year! Yeahhhh Hhhhhaaaaaa.
ANNA !!!!!
Always good to see her.
The amount of technical knowledge Cole and his family have is incredible
Here’s to a problem free harvest. Thank you
good stuff lets hope you have a succesful harvest
Very interesting vid! Cole you and your dad are such naturals! Loved this!!
I swear the more I watch you guys the more I realize I was meant to be on the farm. My heart and soul just yearns for this life. Hard work sun up to sun down most of the time even longer. Some reason it seems worth ever but if it. Also Living full days will ensure a long life. This much I do know.
There is a scientific method for figuring out your loss and combine performance. Looking behind the combine is a great place to start, but if you want to get more precise in your loss calculation you should use a loss pan. If you really want to figure out how the combine is performing, do some kill stalls. Much better than speculating about what is header loss or what is causing the combine loss. Hope your harvest goes well.
4:14 I love it.
Cole, you guys have a safe harvest!
Keep Smilin!!!!
GOD Bless All Our Farmers and their family 👏💖🙋♀️🇨🇱
Better to get the kinks knocked out now instead of in the middle of harvesting. I enjoyed watching the video, big thumbs up crew. Looks like Anna has a new playmate as long as she is the boss, lol. I enjoy watching you guys harvest. Is Nave going to join in, haven't seen much of her lately
I was so happy to see Anna! Hadn’t seen her in a long time and was worried about her!!😊
She’s alive and well and takes zero crap from Maverick 😜
@@mommacs6159 Good for her! So happy she is still feisty! Thank you so much for replying back to me! Blessings from Lubbock, Texas. ~Drenda-~🌼
Wow! So glad I found your channel.
Getting a rock stuck in the Draper belt has nothing to do with being unprepared. What’s with the haters? It’s easy to judge watching from your couch.
Arm chair farmers!
Love the dip stick tips!
I loved seeing Anna again!
Your new combine 9230 Case.: 11-12-2022 Show.
It sounds like no separation between the Peeling/shap going through the wind tunnel
Hello and good day to you Cole
under the driver seat. Too much win gathering product with the peeling out the backing / this is where separation needs to slow down ./ For product to fall on the screen, and chap/palings exit to the back.
I had to smile seeing Anna !
Turn up that air reel, blow those cutter bar beans into the draper
Go get ‘em boys keep on keeping on
watching you and your dad makes me miss working with my gpa, he's been gone for 4 years now
Hope and pray you're blessed with a bountiful year
Great work guys.
Good luck and thanks for the video.
Excellent video Cole
the bins are a SMART move!!! that extra dollar to two can make you or break you if it's a low yield year....
Hope everything goes well
Suggestion, use electrical connector lubricant when hooking up your cables, this should reduce the start up issues
🙋♀️❤ Love watching harvest Season. AMAZING!
Have you thought about changing colours on the combine? What about a gleaner? I have one and they are very simple and reliable.
Prayers that any problems are small ones this harvest. Still very exciting. Where's Nave?
When We used to raise Chickens, they used to bring bolts in the feed sometimes. I know equipment is expensive.
