Slippery Elm is definitely in my cupboard! It works far far far better than a trip to the vet with antibiotics. Give Eli, JJ and Alice a huge belly rub for us!
Very helpful, thank you
I definitely have slippery elm. It works good for humans as well
I love Dogs Naturally Magazine and am thankful for all of the information you share! I do notice the switching back and forth camera angles in your videos though are a little distracting to the content. I’m not sure whose idea that is, but if you want to switch angles it would be good to have the presenter also turn their head to look at the camera. It’s not just this one video, it’s in all of the videos.
Thank you for the feedback😀
Great info! Thank you!
my dog has been having acid reflux (occasionally vomiting bile in the early morning) for a bit and some GI issues (grumbly and tight belly in the mornings)i started giving her slippery elm and it's helped a great deal, my question is, how long should she be taking it?
You don't want to give it for too long, a probiotic may help as well!
How Is your dog doing now?
She’s doing better mostly, thanks for asking. I think she has BVS so I’ve been giving her smaller meals (3x) throughout the day and a snack before bed with slippery elm in it (for the last 2 nights). Still on and off. I feel like it’s been trial and error process.
Hi great ur dog is doing good, how did u give slippery elm in the form of capsules or extracted the powder and mixed with water or made tea?? Please tell it will be really helpful, thanks in advance 🙏
Can you tell me more about the uses of this American Elm tree?
Could the slippery elm help a dog that has been diagnosed with collapsing trachea?
I had dogs over the years with collapsed trachea. They were toy breeds. It was difficult to live through.
@@jannellmeagher638 my mother has a pomeranian and the medication doesn't seem to help her much, if you have any suggestions please let me know.
