Big shout out to Maria and her team! We also bought property with them at the beginning of the year in Castelo Branco and it was a perfect experience from start to finish. Highly recommend them! Greetings, the future neighbors :-)
I just love these homes and properties! I was born in a stone cottage in a tiny village outside Porto de Mos (district of Leiria). My parents renovated it just enough to make it comfortable but retained its rustic Portuguese charm. We live in the USA but visit periodically and with spouses, children, etc. we turn the garage into dorm style sleeping quarters. When my son brought his girlfriend on a visit, she was such a good sport and fell in love with it, in spite of the donkey braying and pig snorting next door. That's how we knew she was the right one. On the next visit they became engaged in the Algarve. Beautiful memories and more to come! It warms my heart that you and others love our beautiful little country and are pouring your heart into restoring and beautifying it!
Thank you for doing this for us who can't come over presently. My husband sat down for the whole video!! usually his attention span is 5 seconds. Nice place with load of potential! Hope Gina's finger is much better 🐝☺️

I'm not sure if there is a place to see this data but we have been looking at properties here for over a year and struggle to find a farm with an asking price of 100k that has a habitable youse that you could move right into. With the majority of our subscribers looking to move to Portugal being trapped by lockdown and travel restrictions, we thought we would do these types of tours to help give them an idea of what they can get for the money 😁👍 Although there is a large road nearby you cannot hear or see it from the property due to the hillside.
