It was a very good podcast from a quality and knowledge perspective but it can be more detailed if you categorize working professionals and tell them what they want to do. You can categorize people like below.
1. People have business in the US industry but never went to the US. Like I'm running a dispatch agency but don't know what to do in legal terms. The same is the issue for someone taking projects for an IT or e-commerce company based in the US but working in Pakistan.
2. Can be people going to visit visa and needs what legal things they must do.
3. Can people be with a US green card or citizenship who wants to start a business.
4. And so on and on.
From this podcast, I know I need an LLC but still have some confusion.
a) Which state to prefer to have for LLC. I was thinking of Delaware LLC before but what perks I'll get if I go with New York?
b) what types of responsibilities I'll have after setting up an LLC?
c) How can we file tax returns or what are tax returns? How we can track all the years earning etc to pay taxes.
d) How will it help us in future to move to the US if we have a very good tax return history or something we get benefits from that LLC?
e) What type of taxes do we have to pay if we run a services business like (IT, Consultation or Truck Dispatch Services) or if someone runs a product based business in the USA?
f) What type of taxes are out there and what they meant to be (GST, Sales Tax, Income Tax, etc and so on) and How are these taxes different from each other?
I know these are very basic questions but there is very scattered information available on the internet regarding this. If you do podcasts again focusing on this, I think people running a business in the US from Pakistan will benefit much from it. Because I think most of your viewership belongs to Pakistan. We need a detailed podcast with all information at one place because there is no concept of taxes in our culture or education system but I think this is the information we need to know and then buy legal services from the guest in podcast.
And the last request I have is to please add the To do list for each case in the video so we can screenshot and have a plan before buying any legal service. Thanks
