@@baigubaid007 he is not unaware, he knows everything, despite the fact, he still is confident and optimistic that after every night, day also arrives, so just hope that he among other educated people can bring this country to a right direction, because we cannot lie to ourselves, that whether we live in any country abroad, one thing that we cannot deny is we will always remain a Pakistani, so seeing Pakistan from abroad being destroyed by the hands of these so called uneducated politicians and regretting that we just thought about ourself and our family and left this country, rather than doing something valuable for Pakistan. As much as his points sound childish or impossible, but the light in his eyes and the chip on his shoulder will make his dream come true. My overproud Indian (often reacting to such Pakistan videos) this should also be a reminder for us to elect even better people for India who would create jobs, worry about the growing middle class and declining national income (for the oppressed middle class).
Much of the national airtime is being wasted on faltu issues like bhaarat, women reservation (another societal division) and other useless narratives in India.
And i m not a congress or aap supporter (before u label me). Overproud hone se pehle apne desh ki realities ko bhi critically dekha karo. Junaid bhai is all about that.

Freelancing can help fix country issues by creating jobs, reducing poverty, and promoting social justice.
I would also add that freelancing can help to develop a country's human capital. When people have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and learn new skills, they become more productive and valuable members of the workforce. This can lead to economic growth and prosperity for the entire country.

If Allah did not wish the predicament the nation finds itself in / has found in over the years, it won't be in it. Moreover, "Verily, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves." - Quran 13:11. Thus Usman Asif's approach makes sense. This is what a leader/though leader is: making others better just by being in their company, inspiring those in despair, bringing out the best in others through their interaction. May the nation take accountability of the things in our control and fix/improve just our individual selves, so that Allah may fix what we cannot control. Aameen.

great podcast, as a young overseas pakistani, i love seeing the constructive mindset of pakistanis constantly thinking of ways the nation can be bettered. you don't hear this kind of talk from the average canadian. i don't know how far individual initiatives of people will take us (like Usman's theory of the self-taught dev freelancer or Junaid's school) but i think true, massive change can only be triggered by the people higher up in power. for example, i only taught myself tech stuff to get into a good university, to get good internships and stand out from my peers, but if we operate in self-taught freelancer silos without the environment a quality educational institution provides, we can't collaborate with others to build bigger things that contribute positively to the economy. most tech startup founders meet in college.
