Have you tried screwing a cap back on and hitting it with a hammer to shock it loose
You two are like Jerry Lewis and Dean Martin . Your best together it a class act .
Good to See You Fella’s
Thanks!
I have been waiting to see the continuation of this video. Love the videos keep up the great work
Thank you
Hank and wylie stay right after it to. I like that good job guys
Hank you boys need a set of ( Ladies Slipper pry bars ) and pull them injectors right out 👍👍🇺🇸
Well a great time watching you two but you got them out 👍😄
Keep it up the good times
Hank , buddy , you guys are incredible, bringing ole iron back to life , when it has no right to. What bowls me over are things like this engine block , with the amount of water in that block , how did it not rust solid. I'm always stunned at these old power plants , and how much abuse they can take. You leave any modern power plant out the rain , dirt and snow for more than a few years and it's toast. Don't build em like they use to. Now I understand what that truly means. Keep at guys .
Never give up, never give up
Perseverance , determination and alot of patience ...your making headway 👍
Hank, i wish I could meet you and come up there and give you a hand with my experience with engines and equipment! You are so close with everything and just a little bit of advice can get some stuff going. But great content and great vibes!
Merci pour tous ces bons moments, je regarde toutes vos vidéos de Belgique mais je suis américain dans l’âme.
Interesting to see that it turned! I started work on 3 potential will it starts yesterday. One had (Case 1394) has the exhaust wide open. The water was pouring out of the dipstick tube for 10 minutes! Going to pull the injectors at the weekend and see if I can get it to roll over. Thankfully one of the other tractors is under cover so I can do that while I let the Case soak. Great job as always Hank and Wiley.
Good job fellas!! I hope Wily's finger heals fast! 🏥
😁🔧👍
@@HamiltonvilleFarm what hapend to his finger?
I have a feeling that it will run and move under its own power. Can't wait for the next episode.
Take the turbo and manifold out of your way so you can pull straight out on the injectors.
Maybe worried about exhaust manifold bolts breaking off in head, had it happen and had bitch of a time getting the piece out, sometimes drilled out stud and went one size over and tapped it.
this is a perfect example of backyard mechanics, or, hillbilly mechanics... Most Americans, me included, can relate well to how these guys fix stuff
Amazing you put that amount of time and effort into that big thing hope it runs
Get a sky hook and comealong
Hank, there was a tool we used to use in the body shop, called a dent puller or slide bar whatever, it had a screw on the end of it but you would have to take that and adapt it to those things you’re trying to pull out. It’s got a big weight on it, you would need to make something on end of it. Pull that weight back and forth that rods should come out of there. I believe that way you have a lot more leverage. Y’all working to hard .
What you're thinking of is called a slide hammer
I was going to suggest a slide hammer with a threaded end for different attachments. They make different 90's for attachments.
i think I would call it quits on that one... the engine was slap full of water, so the bearings and crank are probably a ball of rust... keep at it, I enjoy the videos
Old girl is fighting you every inch. 😮
Hellow guys an gals good luck be safe see y'all in the next one
10-4
Watch Hank/Wally everyday
Thank you :)
The bäst wlly hank 🚜👍🏿
I got to say You guys got heart .
I think I would have taken the inlet tube and exhaust manifold off, give a bit more room, thanks for sharing, all the best to yous and your loved ones
Love to you you and Wiley tackled those will it start. On this channel. Also I love the Don't be Wiley channel as well. God bless you guys and your families.
Thank you!
😊
Awesome video guys, God bless 👊👊👊
How about taking that manifold and turbo out of the way to get a decent angle, instead of burning hours fighting it?
Good video
🙂
Yes i love this video
you guys need a pickle fork type tool to break them loose. It's a tool used to break ball joints and tie rods loose.
Great vidio!!! I'll be looking forward to the next vidio on this loader, love watching Hank and Willey work on this stuff.
Adoro o trabalho de voces
Now that's a fountain!
If you've got a generator on your service truck, a heat inductor is great for breaking loose rusted stuff. It's a lot safer than a gas torch because there's no flame and it's a lot more precise.
Y’all are trip but you do keep it interesting. I think sometimes about suggesting other tools to you guys but y’all doing Okay
Great to see Hank and Wiley, how ya doin' ????? Best Wishes from England U.K. Love your adventures together, nice to know us oldies can still cause trouble !!!!!!! 😂😂😂😂
A good example of how to hack and peck injectors out of a cylinder head.
It called a sawzall boys!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great to be watching again
Will part 3 come out?
I figured once y'all took the top cover off you would grab the hammer puller. As soon as I said that i seen you using it....guess instead of commenting while watching I should wait until the end.
You need like a slide hammer to get the injectors out one with a grove in it to fit down over the injector seen something in a work shop somewhere that is a special tool for that job .
Need to get rid of the manifold that would help a lot I believe. Not sure why you don't keep stud post batteries so you can put the cables right on the battery and not use vise grips. You need to carry a generator commercial battery charger on your service truck as well. You have found something rare there that motor come with the banana injector option
that thing is giving yall a fit aint it?..great video.
Hank they have a injector tool to pull it out easier they sell them in parts stores all you need is a ratchet love watching you guys
Hey there uncle hank excellent job today very well done I enjoyed it 😊❤️❤️❤️❤️.
I'm guessing a little heat on those injectors is a bad idea? That would be my first go to, a little heat goes a long way baby!!
You need to get a injector removal tool
Another awesome video Hank and Wiley appreciate you guys 👍
good luck on this one. waiting for the follow-up.
Hey hank wiley and I are waiting for part three it's been months now are you sick?
You may not be mechanics. But very good butchers😂😂😂
I have seen them bars at home Depot
Have you guys tried to put vise grips on the end of the injectors then use the adjustable crowbar under the vise grip
to lift the injectors out.
Yall should do a fishing vedio.
Get a spray bottle and fill it full of vinegar and spray around them and let it soak then pry on them
Wow y'all need a cold glass of tea know
For sure
That hard 2 Believe 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
Your daughter is so beautiful
That things making 💦
Good job and God bless yall
Thank you
That things makin h20
if shell crank shell run new injectors and some fresh fuel lil either n maker smoke lol u guys do great but invest in an injector puller life saver whiley and hank js great video
Thanks for another great video. It was interesting and enjoyable.
Wow. What a fight this one is. I got to be honest with you on this one. Those injectors look in really bad shape. I don’t know if this one will run or not. Not looking the best.
Both of you have worked hard on it. I hope for both of you it will run.
So my question is. What if it does run or not, what are you going to do with it????????
Part it our!!!!!!!!
Thanks guys.
The Iowa Farm Boy.
Steve.
You back at the one that was making water instead of oil
Remove the exhaust manifold!
Can you imagine what the inside of the cylinders look like after seeing the end of the injectors. Think ought to put Mystery oil in cylinders?? Good show need to see more 👍👍❤
Oil is lighter than water so it won't be displacing water and getting to where it's needed for penetration.
Watching you two pull injectors is like watching two chimps having carnal knowledge of the same football at the same time !!!!
Like a bear cub, playing with his p*t*r with boxing gloves on.
Wally and.Hank had a conversation regarding a run away Detroit..my husband's,Blue GMC.engine ran away😢😢😢😢😢
Great job God bless
Wow that turned out to be hard work but you guys got it that's what counts
Can't locate pt 1 also ur thoughts on Pensacola injection
Now that you have given Wiley a shower, You should take him out for dinner lol
God bless be safe .
Good vid.
You'd think that they would have made a tool for that !😂😅
HANK ❤
Unbelievable great video thanks Hank and Wylie
Thank you sir
Try pulling injectors out an Oliver diesel engine and you think you had all the fun
Hank I am right in the middle of you two in the way of age and in just as much trouble
I think it will run 🏃
When I worked at stadium international, we had a slide puller Cadillac with a guy commented about the slide hammer and then it had a injector fitting on the end of it and it pulls him right out
Now you guys could use a blowtorch down inside each hole to try dry inside .
There is a method to pulling the pencil type . After you undo the lines and the lock cap bolt off you turn the injector gently half turn counter clockwise then pull up gently with fingers. Install is just half turn clockwise and gently push down. Any forcing the injector up will bend it and destroy it. The engine is most likely no good looking at the turbo. That rain water did a lot of damage to the bottom end you cant see. It might fire for a few but i wouldn't try running it for very long.
25:04 I love the placing of the camera as a "Death Knell"......"Shit's Getting Real!"
jist lil help 2 crows feet help get them injector out easier or an injector puller
old wily hes making blood lol great video
Should have bought all Milwaukee.
You weren't able to hear it, but that turbocharger was laughing at you two while you were struggling with the injectors because it was in the way. It would've taken half the time to get those injectors out if it wasn't there, maybe this will be good for future reference. Are you working on the machine to sell it for someone? The tires will cost a lot of money to replace, the hydraulics and other systems better be in good shape for it to be worth the time and effort, I'm sure the engine will run fine even without the turbo, but whoever buys it will need to replace the turbo because of the rusty bearings inside it.
Love watching you guys can't wait for the next one.
Thank you
Man, listening to Wiley breathing I thought Elvis was sitting down at the piano
Awesome video as always God bless
Preciate it!
Hank would a vibration hammer with air be enough to put some vibration in the injector and loosen them up.
I seen the water shooting all over the place
You Guys should use a slide hammer puller Rigged up or Something , to get those Injectors out ,.
That machine needed you guys!!!!!!great content…..skinny jeans 😂😂😂😂😂
😂
you need a little pickle fork.
Hank when you sending those injectors what you know they're not going to be here able to fix but I would ask you if there's a puller to help pool injectors out so Frozen in an engine like this one I was just asking this is Bob from Vero Beach Florida God bless stay safe have a great week and keep up the good videos
Good idea
totaly roasted engine
I don't think I'd be prying against that cast iron manifold.
Surely there must be a tool for removing injectors without all the hassle and risk of further damage.
No Wiley in skinny Jean's please 😂😂
😂
Hope you get that old machine running. That turbo worries me, it looks rough. Maybe it can be overhauled.. But the engine itself has to look equally rusty as the turbo inside...
