Would be really helpful to do a video on how all the different MSE techniques would affect the nasal bone between the eyes on adults. And your experience. Would it widen the bridge in some techniques and not others such as Dr. Ting technique where he cuts above gum line?

I think it would be great to have Professor Mew....John and Mike and ask their opinions on this topic.

I don't really trust Evans. I feel like Kasey Li outmatches her in his training alone. I think the EASE results speaks for itself.

She said the device in those images is not placed posteriorly but she’s wrong about that. It just looks more anterior because of the camera angle but the device is actual placed beside the molars.

Ron, one thing Kasey Li gloats as superior in ease than in a custom marpe or other expanders is the less increase in intermolar width relative to nasal volume increase. I thought about this for a while and realized that Kasey Li said it himself. He is the world’s worst orthodontist. Because he is the world’s worst orthodontist, he neglects the effects of the expander on the teeth. Any type of marpe that expands the maxilla usually has arms because if you expand the maxilla without arms you get the molars to come in, thus, resulting in reduced gain in intermolar width and Kasey Li’s expander has no arms. I think Kasey li has a tendency to try and paint his ease in the most superior light possible because he has an emotional attachment to it since it his treatment. He often compares it to old marpes of the past that used to fail as well. He doesn’t compare it to the top of the top custom marpes with piezo. Where the custom marpe has screw holes where the thickest part of the patients maxilla are which is found with the cbct. I think it’s not good practice to listen to a doctor boasting about his own treatment vice versa.
