    • @iMatti00
      @iMatti00 Місяць тому

      🤦‍♂️ Please try to use critical thinking. Just imagine a world where judges would be disbarred and lose their entire livelihood because they don’t sentence people for crimes to the degree the public wants. Then certain good judges are not gonna be judges, and other judges are just going to send him to prison for life so that way they don’t become disbarred themselves when certain members of the public are upset. And then imagine it’ll spread, judges are not going to let guilty people go When the rights are violated because they don’t wanna be disbarred for letting the guilty person go. And then when the cops don’t care about violating peoples rights, innocent people are gonna start to go to prison.
      And then we also disbarred judges when they preside over a trial of someone who’s innocent but they think he’s guilty and they sentence that person to prison? When they’re exonerated years later to you disbar that judge too.
      I understand being emotional, but we should try to think more clearly. Not every change is a good change.
