It’s always a great joy learning from you. I am here in Taipei preparing a casual training for the translators here. On Sunday we are welcoming our apostle Elder Dale G. Renlund and his wife with a devotional. This is my hometown.

A personal situation that I went through,
My sister recently went through the vail. She was concerned about how family members who are left behind would fall apart from one another and not start going back to churches
Well it's only been 3 days since her last breath.Family members are sticking together for one another and call to check in with others.
I'm the youngest one, yet in my mid.fifties.
He ,Jesus Christ is constantly building me up.
I find delight in Reading the scriptures. Videos from good members teaching us all about C.F.M.
    The Book Of Mormon
I know each book is a gift from Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.
Thank you for each of your videos.
I'm reading The Book Of Mormon for first time this year for pure enjoyment and inspiration ❤ 15:14

Really enjoyed the lesson. Great idea to involve other students and give them the opportunity to share how the Lord is involved in our lives and the scriptures teach and illuminate his gospel. Many thanks for putting it all together. God bless❤🙏🏻😊

Brother John - THANK YOU for helping us to "Come unto Christ". I have shared the link for this Master Class with many friends. I pray for you and other people who are supporting the Come Follow Me studies. I am so grateful for the love that I have grown for the scriptures - and for the deeper understanding, appreciation and recognition of our Savior's Atonement that I am experiencing. It is difficult to put into words the gratitude I feel as I learn to Choose Christ- no matter my circumstances. May God bless you in your dedication and preparation ( and life).

“But perhaps more important, you will see what good people do when bad things happen.”
I LOVED reading this in Come Follow Me and then your examples in this video this morning.
About 8 years ago, my whole world felt like it was falling apart. Several family members were making decisions that made me feel like I had no control over my own life or happiness…
I remember feeling like I couldn’t be happy until they were doing what I thought they should do. It was during that time that I was introduced to Jody Moore. She made me realize, that my own thoughts were up to me. That just because I thought… something didn’t make it truth. I still had agency to change the way I thought about other people and my circumstances. It was so empowering to remember that I still had control over myself, that my agency was still my own and absolutely applied to my thoughts. It changed everything! I got my joy back!
    Thanks for another great class!

To answer your question, my study has improved immensely in the past two years, but even more so in the last three weeks. I have taken to counsel from President Benson and President Nelson, and all other church leaders. I have studied with questions in mind and feel like they are being answered. Thank you for all you do. This is a great podcast.

I absolutely enjoy these classes. They give me some excellent ideas on how to study better and more thoroughly. My husband I both bought BOM Journal editions so that we could mark them up with red pencil the things that are of Christ, and to make notations in the margins of things that stick out to us. I love the Book of Mormon and I read it every day. I do feel the promise of not only President Benson, but President Nelson as I sudy the scriptures.

I am really struggling to “study” the scriptures. I don’t think I really know how to study. I even signed up to take a class to learn how to study the scriptures but without being able to ask the teacher any questions, it just was too frustrating. Another way the adversary has tried to cause me to feel so inadequate. I love your lessons, 😊

@@johnhiltoniii thank you Brother Hilton. Could you link the website here for me? I get notices for the lessons each week, but I obviously am not being directed to a website, I just go to UA-cam for the lesson. Technology can be a blessing and a curse 🤨

I watch many podcasts. All have their good points that I enjoy very much. I have made comments on them all especially when they are very good and I appreciate the hard work that is put into each one. However, I also watch, "Church History Matters," with Scott Woodward and Casey Griffins. Excellent podcast but I cannot find a place where I can type in a good comment for them. There is not a spot like this one and all the other podcasts where a person can type in a "Thank you," or other comments. I see where other people have made a comment but only those in the past. Could you, John, please forward this to Scott and Casey for a great job they do every week and the research they must have to go through to present their podcast. So appreciated them and all the podcasts but feel sad that I cannot tell them like I can you for your wonderful podcast and all the others. Thx for all you do.
