I’d love to see a closet confessions on what to look for as indicators of quality when shopping for basics & “non-essential essentials”, please. On one Closet Confessions (a long time ago), Trinny demonstrated how a wool coat of a lesser quality crumpled (when she squeezed it) and remained creased. This insight has been so useful when I’ve been coat shopping!
Absolutely love your weekly closet confessions, thank you for taking the time to put them together. I always get some great ideas that I never in a million years would have thought of 💕
LOVE Trinny and Closet Confessions here in Pittsburgh, PA. Trinny should definitely produce those T-shirts with shoulder pads! Brilliant and would sell out immediately.
Being ancient I don't wear sweatpants, but who cares? - this was so enjoyable. I haven't been watching Trinny long - perhaps a year? - but the way her look has changed in that time from a manic piling on of layers, to this clean, chic elegance is so satisfying. She was always fun, and brilliant at analysing why she felt things did or didn't suit her, but I was frustrated at the way she too often devised get ups that perversely bulked up her look and hid her rangy figure. No longer. HOORAY!!
😂😂😂 wear what you are comfortable in. I only have one pair of sweatpants, they are white with the pin tick down the front, no pockets unfortunately but comfortable 😊 now I have some inspiration on how to elevate the look😊
Lovely closet confession for the stylish yet confy ladies up there!!!❤ would love a detailed color combo that follow that chart you have on display in your flagship shop...on which cloths colors to match to Trinny's lipsticks, please!!! Xx
😎In LA, softer short & long sleeve button up/down shirts become a staple "shacket" (or light topper). 😊Would love to see that featured in Trinny's closet. Waistcoats & gilets are another light topper. Shirt dresses & dresses w/a center button placket can sometimes serve as a top layer too. When it's unbearably roasting🥵 or starting to lightly chill😬, maybe a scarf can serve as a very light, easy topper. Blazers typically work best here INSIDE temperature controlled environments, esp. once the mercury shoots up⬆️. Light Summer Blazers are only comfy outside in the early 70°s F🌡〰️maybe Spring or mid-Fall. Except we're shooting back up to the high 90°s. It was preceded by a delightful week of 80°s that had came after a hellish stretch of 110°s. Our true Fall/Winter blazers are lighter weight than what you'd find up North here, but still only work OK outside at early 70°s & below🌡. Have a black & white wool tweed blazer w/tiny treads of turquoise & red that I adore, but I can only comfortably wear it outside a half dozen times a year. ☀️We typically enjoy full sun & clear skies year round. UV rays alone (of strictly indirect sun) coming through our big picture windows recently yellowed a white pad of paper in short order. That combined w/our activity level can make an enormous difference to our comfort levels here year round. 💚Bridget from Cali☘️ (using my pal's YT acct)
Reeeaaally enjoyed “sweats vlog” u make everything look so fantastic. Different Lips 👄 perfect choices to lift a look- thank u Trinny - inspirational 🤩
Such a great video ❤ it looks like skinny jeans are back but it feels like we’ve all forgotten how to wear them - a video on wearing skinny jeans in 2024 would be amazing!!
Thank you Trinny & Co. I'd like to see a closet confession about what to wear in winter season when going to the theater (opera or ballet). With suggestions for different body tipes (petit, pear etc.). Best regards.
Love to see you showing off your décolletage, as I am very self conscious about my own as it’s bony and it’s really encouraging and lovely to see you owning it. I’ve been busy with life and just popped in to see what is going on and you are looking fab!
Funny how we are all our own worst critics - I'm self-conscious about my décolletage because you CAN'T see my collarbones, so it's the opposite problem to you yet we both somehow reached the same conclusion (to cover it up) 😂
@@JBUHJBUH yes, we are surely our own worst critics but I never hold anyone else to the strict standards I hold myself to. I see beauty and uniqueness in others but I need to learn to accept my own uniqueness and love it too.
Yaaaaaaay for trying & rejecting certain looks. That is delightfully realistic; happens to all of us. We need to keep on trying. The creative process in action. Thx, T
Of the first 2 white sweatpant looks, I liked both. The first has a long coat for a colder day, the second for when one doesn't need a big coat. It's great to have options for the same shirt and pants as the temperature changes.
Brilliant so inspired!! Just heading out for a Saturday and you have given me the perfect outfit!! Love them all! Colour matching would be good CC. thanks for sharing your amazing style with us all 💛💛💛
Would love to see you work your magic with dress flats amd flat may janes. I find flats particularly challenging to wear with dresses and skirts without looking frumpy and uncool.
Trinny! I adore everything you “throw on!” Please as a mother in her turning 35 transition of mid life, could you do some school run, parent appropriate outfits? Casual but not too precious? This video with the sweat pants got at that concept for me and I’d LOVE to see more comfort - but elevated - and speedy to throw on! Thank yoooooouuu!
How lovely was the navy outfit! I love navy! But also soon as you went off in khaki I Thought I’d put leopard with the khaki and gold I seem to have been on right track! Lol loved those 2 outfits! I hate joggers but now I might look into getting some! ❤❤
Interesting. I have a baggy pair of navy elastase lulu lemons that I just got - I wear them to the gym but they are also close enough to slacks to go out afterwards and not feel like you’re in tights or trakky daks
I would love a video on who has stylish clothes (and how to style them) that are natural materials. I spend way too much time on Vinted looking for 100% wool, 100% cotton, 100% linen, etc., clothing that is not dated and/or hideous. I refuse to wear polyester because it's plastic.
Love so many of these looks. Who knew sweatpants could look so cool. Would love something on knitwear. I struggle with knit wear looking frumpy. Also so much bobbles or loses shapes. Any recommendations in a future video would be fabulous
The grey jumper with the black cuffed Me+Em travel sweatpants & red lip was pared down chic, but I could totally see it with a neon yellow bag (instead of silver) if you wanted to add more punch to the look. The hardest thing is finding sweatpants that are both cuffed AND without drawstrings (smooth waistband) for a clean look - guess that's why the Me & Em ones you showed are £150! 🤯
Some great looks Your "closet confessions" is a staple part of my Sat Morning in bed with breakfast on a tray - thank you x
These are some of your most accessible looks. Anyone can copy these. I especially like the white looks you started with. Thank you.
Trinny is a fashion genius! I love all the looks and the reality of needing to dress up sweatpants.
One of the most helpful Closet Confessions for autumn comfort. Thank you! I enjoyed this immensely.

11.22 I have the same coat, it’s from Other Stories. So easy to wear. Always looks good.
I took the two top buttons off……
Your hair back look made you look sooo beautiful Trinny …
Styling up jeans and jumpers for autumn/winter chic would be very welcome 🙏

@@laurelechavarria7006 please! That would be brilliant!
So inspiring! I need sweatpants in every colour! I loved watching this so much, I've saved it! Thanks Trinny!
Absolute fave was the marine ribbed joggers look. Amazing.

There is no age limit on sweat pants!
You are the queen of co-ordinating sweat pants and designer fashion!🙌❤
Omg please do one like this with yoga pants/work out leggings! I live in them everyday
Lovely closet confession for the stylish yet confy ladies up there!!!❤ would love a detailed color combo that follow that chart you have on display in your flagship shop...on which cloths colors to match to Trinny's lipsticks, please!!! Xx
Oh, I‘d really loved a closet confessions on Shirt as jacket, but that might be better for summer now that we are going into autumn and winter 😊
😎In LA, softer short & long sleeve button up/down shirts become a staple "shacket" (or light topper).

I mean WOWWWW- I was blown away with all these looks! 😮❤🎉
Great inspiration there and extremely helpful- but can't help but think it does help being able to look fabulous in a bin bag!! 😀
I always learn something and never fail to feel inspired. Gives me such a buzz! 🧡💋
Everything was put together beautifully. The blue outfit was stunning...the best colour for me personally.
I loved these tips. The looks actually suits great for remote work too!
Great looks , loved the khaki cropped sweats with the glam gold blouse
what a challenge, I adore ! I watched it like a suspense movie 😘

Bought some Sonia Rykiel sweats recently. Super well cut, nice flare and comfortable
Thank you, love the simplicity and confidence same time!
Nobody styles like Trinny.❤
Love all the looks … great inspiration & ideas.
BriLLIanT! Now I feel ready to face the day. Great Inspirations. I have loved you Trinny since wayback. My go to style Guru. xxx
Of the first 2 white sweatpant looks, I liked both. The first has a long coat for a colder day, the second for when one doesn't need a big coat. It's great to have options for the same shirt and pants as the temperature changes.
So cool. The white / cream, the navy, and the black looked fabulous.
LOVE that khaki ensemble!!!!!
The contrast is what makes this work.
That Zara khaki/ brown snakeskin dress coat suits you sooo well Trinny - the colour is divine with your skin, hair & eye colouring!
It’s not ZaRA, it’s Other Stories 😊
Love all the looks❤❤❤
The silver and pinstripe shirt-not so much-but the others-inspiring and so much fun. Would love to see a CC on vintage pieces, bringing into Now x
