We all need comfy clothes in our wardrobe, but whether you wear them to exercise, lounge in front of the television or go for brisk walks in the park, consider how you can elevate those ensembles by opting for modern silhouettes and complementary colours. Love your Me & Em joggers/ sweatpants at the beginning - Seasalt Cornwall also do similar ones, for anyone else who's watching & wondering.
I've got a teal pair from them in a similar silhouette and a dark brown pair that are slightly looser (but otherwise the same concept of the foldover waistband, long cuffs, deep-set pockets with flatteringly gathered soft pleating in front etc).
One more tip: I find not having drawstring toggles on a pair of jogging bottoms makes them easier to dress up (or at least internal drawstrings). I also find it adds less bulk to my midsection.

Such an inspiration. All your leisurewear outfits are fabulous. I particularly like that final patterned top with the navy. It’s snowing here in Scotland and I’m sitting at home in Pusheen fuzzy sweatpants and top. I’m warm, but I definitely couldn’t go out in it. 😹

I live in brisbane Australia where it is hot and humid and layering is very hard in spring and summer , even an scarf is too much. Would love to see some summer styling techniques from Trinny
The Japanese blue is Indigo.
I just made a pair of trousers that are a bit of an orange red and a blouse the same color as your claret work out outfit. I also made a jacket in a cool boucle that has both of those colors in it. Instinctively I knew I could wear them all together but I didn’t trust my gut. Lesson learned. I will wear all those together and trust my guts!!

Trinny I think you'd feel more comfortable in the Alo hoodie with a longer jacket over the top (maybe a gilet or one of your knee-length lightweight coats with shoulder pads?)
I swore I'd never own a hoodie (like you said, looks messy) but I have a cropped one in chocolate velour which looks great layered under a structured long coat.

I only have 2 sweat pants and 1 pair i need to give away too big. I do have some relaxed pants and turtlenecks that i wear around the house. I do have exercise wear for walking now. I always dress casually smart even when heading to the supermarket.

I swear it's so hard to find leggings with pocketsand a flaref leg that are seamless. The only ones i found are from blogilates in the states but her in the UK? Why? It should be the easiest thing. Or even with no flare but bottom zips to get into after swimming. It's so frustrating!
