47:20 ; Evolutionary related involvement of the limbs, is here beautifully shown; Continiued, circulary patterns of movement is natures way of optimizing creatures behaviour. It creates functional flow and min. energyconsumption for optimal functionality for the energy invested, which is natures way. Correct usage of the bones and joints as evolutionary intended, is what Kai here show and not often seen elsewhere.
I really appreciate the real dynamic approach Kai here show.
Kai is identical with the perception or meaning of the name or phrase "Dynamik".

@@MrCarstennielsen then how should we do the exercise then?

@@brolyui4484 we need to learn how we were made to move and apply that to our gymtraining lifting weights in the same movementpatterns, patterns of movements.
Mindmuscleconnection is essential, but it is from aspect of knowing and understanding anatomy, applying visualisation so to become realisation and then sense and feel , engagingly, the muscle distribute weight onto the bones and use joints so doing.
This create dopamine when appreciated by us, which is precursor for GH and test, which develops human physiology.

His flexibility is RIDICULOUS for a huge man. His ROM on those Jeffersons is crazy. Especially keeping completely upright.
