I think it has to do with the fact that TMJ used the same weight Kai was using during the pull downs. Cause to me, that didn't made any sense. Why the fuck didn't they addapt the weight to their own work capicity? It's Kai Greene you're training with ffs. The amount of weight Kai uses to warm up, is obviously not the same weight they are suppose to use. Seems common sense to me, and so it should be for TMJ. They should possess the experience and knowledge. Train hard, train smart etc. I don't get it, where's their logic? Do they have something to proof?
