    Oh Frankie you are so awesome,I’ve been looking on u tube since my crap classic eyelash course DAY!for a correct infill tutorial,I was gutted that you did not have one until TODAY YEY,Awwww you have saved my days LOL,why is it that they teach you a full set,but not the refill Grrrrr,I expected to take my model back on a second course day to do a refill say 2/3 weeks later but NO,thank you sooooo much.I am waiting for my mannequin head to come so I can practise putting on and taking off,can you believe that they did not even provide a mannequin head on the day we watched the tutor put one eyelash on which took her 6 goes 🤭then we was straight to our model Aghhh.I roll of tape between 6 of us and one strip of lashes width 2.0 😲and no other sizes and no lash wands to brush the lashes through,what a rip off.£150.00 for 1 shit day 🙁
    What would I do without you thank you Frankie your a star ⭐️😘👍🏻X

      Hi Tracey, thank you for your kind comments. I am very sorry to hear you had a poor experience for your training, unfortunately there is still poor training out there. What might be useful for you is to look at joining my Lash tech tutorials mentoring page, I have many tutorials on there which arent available on you tube and is especially great for new technicians or those who had poor training. Here is the link eyelashexcellence.com/lash-tech-tutorials/
      Keep practising and that is great you have got a mannequin head this will be so good for practising and developing your skills :)

    Hi Frankie, would you please do one of your fabulous videos on how to prevent classic lashes from the glue looking clumpy? Or any classic set tips 💕

    • @eyelashexcellence-frankiew3464
      @eyelashexcellence-frankiew3464  5 років тому

      Holly Betteridge if you watch the glue dipping videos you can follow that advice - so only 1mm of adhesive and seamless - no blobs and then just place onto the nl :)

    Thank you so much your videos have helped me more than my course! Just wondering if you can get non plastic micro brushes for cleaning? I’m trying to have my practice as eco friendly as possible x

      Hi, we currently stock flocked applicators which are made with bamboo.

      We are trying to source other products to try and stay as eco friendly as possible too.

    Thank you for all of your amazing videos. My course never discussed the correct infill procedure. You are infinitely more informative than my trainer and I feel more confident after watching you, please keep posting. Thanks from Hope, BC, Canada. 😘

    Do the online courses get you a certificate?
    I was planning on coming to the training college but I would be coming from Carlisle and I wouldn’t be able to bring models! Gutted x

      KsClarke if you are in the uk you must check with your insurance as to whether they cover online courses - beginners in the uk must be taken in person though - if you cannot source a model we can assist

    Can those who suffer from trichotillomania (eyelash pulling) get eyelash extensions? It’s very embarrassing to have bald lids, but resisting the urge is not an easy process. Is there a serum you recommend to help grow lashes and promote growth for traumatized follicles?

      Bimoptoprost or Latisse is a prescription medication for growing eyelashes and it worked for me. It's fast but expensive. To make the product last longer, cut the thickness of the applicator brush in half. Not the length of the applicator but the amount. This saves having to saturate the entire applicator. I use one drop for both eyes alternating which eye I start with. After using for about a month you'll see excellent results. You can then maintain the results by using the product two or three days a week instead of seven. I can stretch a bottle of Latisse for about 4-5 months. So your money goes much further. Good luck!

      I totally agree with with Pamela hiles. I had FANTASTIC results from Latisse. They made my almost translucent, short, thin lashes probably double in length and volume. They also made them a wee bit darker. There are so many lash serums on the market these days but Latisse is the ONLY one that has prostaglandin analogues in it which lengthen the growth cycle. I am pretty sure the FDA banned use of prostaglandin analogues in OTC lash serums in the US a few years ago. OTC serums work more like conditioners and strengtheners but do not actually interfere with growth cycle. Also, the drug info for Latisse says you will see maximum benefits after 16 weeks of using it every single day. At that point they suggest lowering to maintenance use of 2-3 times per week like Pamela hiles said.

    I Could do with seeing a more close up of how you peel away the lifting lashes . I couldn’t make out what you did.

    Does peeling the lash off not hurt the client though?

    • @francinewiddows5419
      @francinewiddows5419 5 років тому +3

      No because you anchor the natural lash in order to remove the extension

      Bianca Palmer (As a client) no it doesn’t hurt! But at first it might feel weird you might feel a small tug but it doesn’t hurt. I flinched a little during my FIRST fill because I didn’t know they removed the outgrown ones lol.

      it is because as the therapist you are exposed to products all day every day and although safe you should protect yourself, where as the client only once every 2-3 weeks. Also you are working in close proximity to the client so out of courtesy it is also nice not to breathe on them.
