I've used the foam under the eyes, but I always get the lashes glued to it. How do you keep them from sticking to the foam tape?

Great video!!! I love how fluffy they look! I am a beginner lash tech btw i find the taping method very helpful because it allows me to go by layer but once i remove the layer and pull more lashes down its difficult to see them any advice??
