This update will suck hard for any non-knights below level 300. 30% increase on diamond arrow. double the cost of powerful imbues higher market fee caps. and exercise weapons being more expensive. runes and potions being more expensive. knights are really the only ones that get to do a perfect box for the new loot mechanic. and their supreme health is the least hit % wise.
Powerful imbue cost is +100k, not double (as that would be ignoring item costs), this means +5k/h for each powerful imbue, or maybe 25k/h for 5 imbues which is what most people use. Not the end of the world imo. But overall yeah this change is mostly beneficial for EKs indeed.
@@hubertdabrowski3548 Oh yeah. It's probably more than that for 150RP. It's about 40k from Diamond Arrows Alone. Then some more from powerful imbues/manas/runes as well. Probably closer to 60-70k/h
Great video as always! I think they will lower the Ssa-might ring prize to 15-20k. Its the typical strategy to give high numbers and then "correct" them lower to make people feel happy, but their target was 15-20 initially. Only my opinion btw
My biggest issue with the changes are for low lvls, when you for example just hit 150 as pala, and the cost for your Diamonds are 30% higher for example, alittle of the same when you hit lvl 50 any voc and you start using Strong Manas. at low lvl we not hunting spawns that will give us a massive bonus to profit just because we can loot faster.
I see a lot of people talking about how auto loot will benefit only knights - that's a lie. Been playing with other vocations, and current auto loot made a huge difference on playing mage, since it was a lot less clicking - just running and clicking one button to collect everything that is in range. Actually I think EK's will benefit the least from these changes, since with practise you can loot fairly quick anyway, but with monsters' bodies being all over the screen it's much easier with auto loot.
That doesn't make any sense, if they're above NPC sell price then players would just buy them from NPC as it would be a financial arbitrage opportunity. This analysis is not dependent on server type really, the only thing is that on PvP might rings and SSAs might go up in price a bit higher/quicker, but the ultimate conclusion is the same for all world types.
I mean sure, but 1kk is nothing in the grand scheme of preparing for this increase. I'm probably gonna buy 1kkk+ of supplies, so 1kk as a fee is basically nothing. Outside of the preparation topic, yeah the 1kk fee is probably going to sting a fair bit actually.
I believe its good change, there is too much money in tibia, above lvl 700-800 its like almost anywhere to go its 1kk+ profit doesnt matter if its exp or profit spot, as i play 800lvl im not happy but not gonna cry too :P
I bought 100k diamond arrows yesterday before i see this video. Now i am gonna buy like 1kk diamond arrows more. How do u think these changes will affect tc prices ?

Cipsoft be like: Ya know RP's, you need 30% increase in items that are vital for you to do anything, arent lootable at all so you can't buy from other players like potions-rings and ammys, sounds reasonable. Jokes aside, people is taking things out of proportion imo. Yeah is an increase but is extremely low for 80% of the active players, It screw massively low levels but for 300+ or even lower it wont change stuff that much, we used to have expensive items to save money for but after Boss boosting the item prices are a joke and after 400 the respawns gives profits that wont notice the new pricing. Im all in in draining the High levels profits but the increase in the SSA and Might rings is absurd, it would only increase the prices for bis items and services. In the training weapons department well, nobody forces you to skill, your choice, want to play the min-maxing game, pay the min-maxing price, you can always online train old school if you dont want to spend money. But like you said this isnt the inflation solution they try to make it seems and isnt like autoloot would actually affect economy either. Streamers use it and aren't ashamed to say they do and same for botters that are a source of the inflation problem. The farmer player that only hunts for profit doesnt care about it, autoloot was always an EXP problem, autoloot so you can move faster to the next box.
Yep good comment thanks. Personally I don't think these price increases are as bad as people are making them out to me. Annoying, sure, but you will still profit and TC price will reflect higher prices anyway so price of boosts/preys etc. will stay relatively stable I think.
@@Kusnierr Sorry can't agree. You take it from your perspective, or perspective of people who already have chars that can hunt spots that can cover this cost increase. Me as a poor 270RP who barely can save some money for future eq upgrade will now don't earn anything from his hunts.
@@Andrzej_BB Oh yeah for sure it will affect low levels. But low levels with no money are a minority in this game in this day and age, so for majority of the playerbase this will be a minor annoyance. But for a 270 RP with no other income streams? Yeah sucks to be you :(
@@Andrzej_BB So you want to play as 270RP and save enough money for exp boosts, preys, premium account and BIS items? Hunting is always a choice between XP and profit. You usually cannot have both.
Nahhhh, supremes are going up 4% in price, total waste. Just buy Diamond Arrows and sell them slowly after update, buy potions for profit, will be much better than stockpiling SMPs and SHPs
@@guilhermerubira1842 I understand, but that's still an inefficient way of handling this! You do you I guess, but I will certainly just be buying Diamond Arrows - even if I was only playing EK/MS/ED.
Bro they HAVE TO change the price of rings and stone skins. Imagine burning 150 might rings, 150 stone skins and like 2 cakes on one pvp action. It's like 10 euros burned just in a moment. There is no way it's gonna stay like this
What is the reasoning behind them raising exercise weapons price? ppl that are rich are always gonna stay rich in game, raising the price of a gold sink seems like a bad idea.
I feel bad for low level players, specially non EK. I always used loot macros cuz I have some light health issues that I got for too much gaming. Although most players already uses macro, cip is hitting too hard on new and retro players. This exercise weapon is clearly an excuse for them to profit more from double xp events.
Hahaha yup it might genuinely be worth it. The only problem is how many people will do that. If lots of players invest *serious* money in buying might rings, their supply in game might take years and years and years to dwindle.
cipsoft has got to quit squeezing their player base for every penny they can. i’m sorry but the price change just seems like another way to inflate their profits. make it harder for players to be self sustaining. if they wanted to adjust how much money ppl are making they have to make it scale with levels. this clearly affects the ppl who try to put less money into the game more than it does those players who invest a lot of money and have high level chars.
Why are you crying? They made the game easier than ever, people have never shut up about cipsoft taking their money. Newsflash, people always cheated and took advantage of the game with bot/auto loot. Cip is making it easier for normal players to make money, it's ur problem if u can't keep up even though the game is easier than ever
No, I listed % increases, not ratio from one price to the other. Price increased from 5k to 25k, i.e. by 20k, which is an increase by 400%. This way was easier to compare all other items such as potions or runes, where I could just put 4%, 10%, 15%, instead of 104%, 110%, 115% which would be harder to immediately understand.
