- Hello again! This video is me giving tips for medical assistant job interviews. I know it can be a bit challenging to find a job after coming straight out of school with very little experience . I hope this video helps. These questions are REAL questions that were commonly asked from when I was on my job hunt.

This really helped me and calmed my nerves so much. That I passed all 3 of my interviews and now got hired. What really helped the most is by me praying and fasting. Have faith in Jesus and you’ll get hired. Prayer and fasting is so important guys I can stress it enough.

Honestly, this is the best interview prep video for MAs that I've watched. And I've watched SEVERAL 😬. Her tone of voice is inviting and she doesn't over do it with the tips. 👏💚
I graduated 2 months ago and I just had an interview a couple of days ago with a hiring manager. I got a call for a 2nd one with the physician next week. I was asked every question you mentioned and watching your video in preparation for my 2nd interview made me feel more calm! Appreciate your video and congratulations on your new job!

I recently graduated from MA school but I had no experience other than the externship and most questions they asked me was about the externship. How did I like it, what I liked most about it, what I did, what I know how to do, how would my preceptors describe me, I was afraid they wouldn’t want to give me a chance since I have NO experience in healthcare but I did have experience in customer service and used that to my advantage!! They also asked a lot about dealing with conflict in the workplace and how I would go on about it. Thank you for this video !!! I got the job in ENT !

Why did you lose your job?
oshun queen Unfortunately, they never gave me a reason for firing me! My manager brought me into his office and said that all the doctors had voted that they did not need another medical assistant anymore, after a year of working for them. A few days after I lost my job, my coworkers told me that the female doctor within the office was unaware of what happened.
I have an interview for an MA position since graduating Medical Assistant school in 2019. I have been on several interviews for a position such as front office support(my degree is in HIT) this is the first as an MA. I have been told countless times that I have the knowledge and skills needed however I lack the experience. I watched your video hoping to gain some knowledge on how I can address this, and some encouragement never hurts! Thank you!!!

Here's my story:
I've been a Pharmacy Technician for about 8 months now, but eventually want to be a PA. In order to do that, I need health experience, so I ventured out to potentially be a Medical Assistant. I applied to a few places, got rejected for a couple, and an interview for another. Now, I don't have a degree in this. I have a Community Health degree. I don't have any experience in vitals, I'm not certified, and probably the least qualified for the position.
However, I went in there, was completely honest with them, and... they loved me. This might be kind of strange to say, but I've not had many jobs. When I got my first job at a magic shop, during the "interview," it felt like home. The second interview I had for a job... was horrible. I felt completely out of place. Then, for my interview for being a Pharmacy Technician, I felt at home again. And finally, for my now up and coming job as a Medical Assistant... I felt at home during the interview. I can't believe I got the job, and I'm so thankful that I did. I watched your video right before I went in for the interview. Thank you very much.

Great tips and I know this video is old but I hate the question “How do you prioritize your time? “ and I stumble and end up say something like “ I try to come up with a routine that’s works for every patient and that would help me get through my shift smoothly”. How would you answer that question?
