Hlo how are you?
Care giving job is not specific to a gender. That means that both male and female can do the job. As for rates, it depends on your employer but the current minimum wage should be around £10.42 per hour for adults, so any amount above this, is what's going to differ but its not expected to go beyond the hourly minimum wage rate.
As for your second question, I don't quite understand what you mean by unprofessional jobs. Because every job here is professional in my own view because no one will emply people who doesn't understand what work ethics is, regardless of any kind of job it is, be it bricklaying or nursing.
So yes, as long as you have got the skills for the job you want, in most cases, you would get it.
As for links, you can have a quick look on Google to search for the kind of jobs you might be looking for, you might also find the websites to those jobs from there.
