Wow as someone who once pole danced myself I am awestruck that she is back to professionally pole dancing after being bedridden! Pole dancing is extremely athletic and challenging for the body. I love her stories and process! This was so inspiring!

Danke Marla!
    Alles Gute dir weiterhin!

This is so inspiring because I'm trying to do something similar. Kind of a mixture of Raelan's wonderful way to recover and my own mashed-up version of brain training. Still not there yet, but I will get there!

A lot of people that seem to have recovered from me/cfs on this channel have anxiety around exercise and flare ups, but i don't have anxiety around those things? I exercise regularly, meditate, etc and am used to living with flare ups. So what is the cure for those without anxiety?

She may have had something else. Symptom overlap is a thing. ME/CFS now has many documented markers but no one shown to have recovered from true ME/CFS.
At this time, this can only offer false hope. I am happy for all those who recover from other illnesses and am hopefull for a medical cure.
