Jose, my DUDE!! YOU have been the answer to my problem! I spent weeks of scouring on the internet on how to frame canvas panels/boards until I came across you're video. Surprisingly and unfortunately, no one really talks about framing panels/boards, only stretched canvas, even though a lot of people paint on them. Thanks so much for the super easy tips and tricks!
Great information! Thank you!! This is the kind of thing you don't think about when you first start painting but once you start getting serious you realize you have no idea how to professionally present your work haha
At first your candidness really threw me but half way in I relaxed and was cracking the hell up so much I had to look you up on my phone to subscribe. Really really great video/info. 👌🏾👌🏾 funny. thank you 😊
Wow. Amazing. I am curious to know how the craft paper is stuck to the back of the frame ? Dooble tape, I mean did you put a glue tape with glue on both sides ? Sorry for the stupid question.
I don't know how a painting is MUY MACHO, but Jose's is. LOL. Great framing video on how to do the basics. I think my ex gallery boss used some type of weatherproofing material used in planting vs traditional paper on the back. Its super durable if you take it to multiple shows. For a one-time client mailing, its probably not worth the extra cost.
Let the museums worry about it? Once the acids in the glues have done their work, all the worrying in the world won't matter. Permanent and irreversible damage will be done. Just buy acid-free materials from the get-go so nobody has to do any worrying. And if you sell your art, there will be no nasty surprises for the clients a few years down the road.
@@JoseTrujillo Hey, if you don't care about that, then use whatever you want. It's up to you, but I don't understand why you wouldn't want something you poured your heart and soul into to be able to last.
Exactly what I needed. Thank you!

mcdouche2 Geese, I’m not that old. 😏. Love the comment though.
You managed to make the mundane task of framing a canvas board painting super fun! #BAM I was doing it all wrong - I didn’t have a Starbucks. Thank u!
Thank you! The Starbucks does make the difference 🙂
Really enjoyed . Thanks for the info
was that boxing tape acid free?
Great how to video, thank you!
"and I'm not stingy like that" lmao yay!
Can you leave the glass in? Or should it be out with this method.
Is the craft paper necessary?
What kind of frame did you use?
Good vid
thank you for this
