It could never survive today... sadly but that's what makes it so special it sure was ahead of it's time

It was so good, Marcy Carsey (the inspiration for the morphing Marcy D'Arcy into a raging feminist shrew..) stole multiple scripts and had they "written" as episodes of _Roseanne_ !
That has to be why i never watched it for we only had an outside antenna and could only get 4 local stations and not Fox.
I remember that episode when I watched it in the early 90s… It was hysterical then, it’s hysterical now!
