Hey i just got my hair dyed brown with demi permanent color i told the girl i dont want to have to dye it in a long time and i know it fades i was just curious how much will it fade i was blonde and now im a medium brown!
Because Semi is made up of direct dyes, I would not use it. You need indirect or oxidative dyes to mimic the natural pigments. However, you could color hair without the filler with direct dyes and still create a natural shade
Hello my hair is currently level 4 naturally could you possibly tell me the formulas and development process using wella koleston perfect shades? I have been using them for years (dying my own hair). I have wanted this colour but have no idea how to acheive it. Thank you so much! :-)
hiii! how are you? so... idyed my hair. filling in first with a copper 7.4 then a 6n and it has some little green tint to it... so im thinking of getting a 5g. maybe the gold helps with toning out the greenish tone and i was thinking of putting some 7.4 in there to give it a bit of redness so it tones out the green... im stressed 😫
That looks absolutely beautiful and seamless! I love the idea of the foils to create dimension! If my client doesn't want warmth on the roots, can we use 6.01 instead of 6N? or will it be too muddy? :)
You can use any shade your client is wanting for a final result. If she likes it on the cooler side, use it! The filler is adding in the warmth and underlining pigment at that level. If you ever question if it will be muddy, you can always warm up your filler a little more with a ribbon of copper or a pinch of red.
Now, if you were me and you overtoned your level 8 yellow hair using Goldwell 6n + 6a on the root and goldwell 8ca@pb on the ends but left it in too long and also didn’t add in any warmth (this is what I think my problem was) how would you correct it to become a color similar to this? Simply put, how can I add just a little bit of a rose gold pinky tone to my too ashy level 7/8? My end goal is a dishwater /mushroom light brown/dark blond. Hope someone can help me before I go to the point of no return 😫
I’m not familiar with goldwell. However if you over deposited color I would kind of start over with a Malibu CPR or something like that and fill/ re tone. Hope this helps
@@MirellaManelli can you direct me how to fill /re tone? I’m afraid to tone because I don’t want to darken my already light tone with the wrong level. This level system has me confused. If I bleached to a level 8 yellow and If I want that dark mushroom blonde color , do you think I need to bleach lighter or is level 8 light enough to achieve like a true level 7 light brown dark cool blonde?
The color is perfect. You aren’t young woman, look at you. Wth is wrong with your face??? Chill out on the plastic surgery that nose is practically nonexistent 😖
This is THE BEST tutorial I've seen for filling hair- great job and thank you!!

Beautiful colour!
Thank you so much!
This is the best colorfill tutorial I've seen! Do you have any over the counter alternatives you can recommend?
Thank you! Im only familiar with a few professional brands.
Oh that is superpretty 🥰👏🏻 how would you do it you wanna save some of the original blonde for highlights?
I would have started out with foiling before the filler.🌸
@@MirellaManelli Putting the existing blonde in the foils before, or the hair you are filling in foils?
I love this color
Thank you!
Love your work and your informative video’s .. your my inspiration 💖
Thank you so much!
I love the results 😍
Thank you!
AMAAAAZING work!!!! Thank you!!
Can you give me a tip on to fill the hair when doing lowlights and its difficult to wash and blowdry, and later apply the desired color after.
Gorgeous job
Thanks so much, you awesome, very easy to understand.
Awesome job!
Thank you! Cheers!
Now if only I could find a stylist that can do this to my hair because I know for sure that can not do it myself.
Very nice!
Beautiful! 😍
Hi! I have grown out balayage and want to dye my hair light brown. Should I put the fill on my virgin hair as well?
Filler is not needed on Virgin hair
Omg this is beautiful this is exactly what I want ❤️❤️
Thank you so much!
I love this cut too and color was amazing was that foam a color depositing foam? I know they sell it but not sure where thanks again
No foam color. All the formulas are listed in the description of the videos.
GORGEOUS
Thank you ☺️
Ok son I’m going to get theses exact colors, but how would I blend my dark roots?
As much as amazing this is, I don’t see achieving this color on my own at home
I make these videos for Hairstylists. This would be difficult to achieve on your own.
Hey i just got my hair dyed brown with demi permanent color i told the girl i dont want to have to dye it in a long time and i know it fades i was just curious how much will it fade i was blonde and now im a medium brown!
Generally demi lasts about 6-8 weeks but usually doesn't wash out all the way. It does brighten over time especially if you have blonde underneath
can you use semi-permanent hair color (dye without delevoper) to fill the blonde hair? thank u!
Because Semi is made up of direct dyes, I would not use it. You need indirect or oxidative dyes to mimic the natural pigments. However, you could color hair without the filler with direct dyes and still create a natural shade
@@MirellaManelli aah makes so much sense!
Beautiful
Do you offer consultations? I would like to go back/close to my natural color and and currently have grown out blonde hair.

Love it! This is basically what I want to do, maybe a little lighter :)
thank you!

The gold will definitely enhance the green. Redish tones help with green hair.

@@MirellaManelli so adding copper to the filler doesn’t turn it red? That sounds so scary lol
@@bayareababe it can turn it but that’s the point of the final shade. To control the new “underlying pigment” you just added in!
i can use semi or permanent color for feeling and coloring? or demi then permanent?
I always recommend Demi or semi for filling.
Did you apply the second formula, the 6N, the back too?
Yes!

What if her roots were dark brown? Would you just avoid coloring the roots?
It all depends on the clients desired end result. Sometimes I may match the new growth with permanent color while filling.
Just wondering why did you use 9% instead of 3% peroxide as you’re only depositing colour back into the hair and not lifting it? 🙂
9Vol developer is less than 3% peroxide
Doh! Got muddled thank you for the reply!
I thought you had to add red and copper tones back in for filling?
not always! It depends on your desired end result
I'm a level 9/10 my hair is VERY porous id like to be a dark blonde beige how should I fill?
I would follow this same process depending on the end result. you want
what does it mean "zippered" ???
It means the section is zigzag and the sections from each side don't touch.
Could u please write formulas down ? It’s easy to make mistakes thank u
They are written in the description 🖤 but I love the feedback to write them in to the video.
Looks a little ashy which is exactly what I'm looking to do!
Why clear ?
clear is used to hollow out or dilute a shade for a transparent result
Not bad… except the color is sooooo older ashy women… would’ve been prettier with a warm golden rich brown
This formula is for someone wanting a cooler end result. The formula can change.
