My hair is starting to thin out in the front and it is making me super anxious. I'm starting to massage it with coconut oil and just regular scalp massaged in general and I think it's helping. Hair loss often happens due to lack of blood circulation in that region. Even if you are active and do excercice sometimes blood just does not reach your scalp so tapping the scalp and massaging it is a good way to get blood flowing and also to distribute natural hair oils that sometimes do not appear in regions where your hair is thining out. I dont know about the products you recommended (I will have to do more research) but if they are great I might just get that beer shampoo! seems pretty logicial because I remember hearing that all fermented products are pretty good for your scalp for whatever reason.

@@KK-vw4kp uh i just want my hair to grow faster and get thicker. You can get thicker hair based on how you cut it and treat it. If you always pull on your hair, wash it wrong, it can grow in bad shape even though its just “genetics”. My hair has a thicker feeling to it becuase on how i growed it and cut it. If your srubbing your hair the wrong way, that can cuase a higher percent of hair loss. Not trying to be rude, just stating facts 😁

If you stop dying and bleaching your hair completely all at once and then start to do regular trims to get rid of the damaged hair. That will help your hair so much. I dyed my hair about a year ago and I am still getting regular hair trims every 6 months. I do it once in july and then again in december. I'm also really just trying to get my virging hair back lol. You should also try hair masks from the drugstore that focuses on damage. Hope this helps.❤
