- 1995 Club Car DS Front End Alignment adjustments for Toe & Camber after new wheels and tie rod ends. This is a poor man’s method but it works. I mis-interchange the two concepts a few times throughout the video but the general process is shown.

I reveling did a lift and couldn't figure out how to adjust the tie rod as it had no slots to get a wrench on it. FINALLY watched your video and found that it is adjusted by hand! Thank you!

What kind/brand headlights are those? I have a Club Car DS as well and I'm looking to replace old Bosch halogens... thanks
Purchased both the headlights and taillights from Harbor Freight. No idea about the brand but the headlights were about $8 each and the taillights were $10ish for the pair. On the taillights you have to make sure you ground to the frame otherwise, simple install.
Can anyone tell me why club car xrt models are im and I mean impossible to find aftermarket parts for? These are excellent machines made by Ingersol Rand corporation but I’m finding out that it may be a good idea to trade for JD, can am, Polaris or something more modern… GOOD GRIEF!

They are more heavy duty than most. I painted the original lugs camp black to match. I love them.

What lift kit is that ?
SGC 6” lift. I just didn’t put the name plate on the cart.
