Unless your cart has taken some fairly significant hits and something is bent under there, your alignment MAY not be the cause of both front wheels being angled with the bottom of the tires bulging outwards or your steering wheel being mis-aligned. The first thing to do is jack up the front end and see if the BUSHINGS have disintegrated in the front end. There are three sets of bushings on each side of the club car Precedent front end for a total of 6 sets in all. These bushings are made of nylon. I don't know what the life expectancy is for them, but all of mine just came crumbling out when I jacked it up. After replacing these, the tires lined up nice and straight, and the steering wheel went from being at 2 O'clock to straight.
It is necessary to keep the steering wheel in site so it remains level during all adjustment procedures? Just completed the process on all 80 of our fleet keeping the steering wheel level at all times.
How do you do the camber adjustment Casey? With the cart on jacks, or on cart on the ground? I'm having a heck of a time. I seem to get one wheel close and the other way off, no happy medium. Any advice would be appreciated.
I go thirty five inches from the center of the two fron tires adusting the towto make wheels strait .make sure stearing wheel is stright before adjusting if adjusting right steering wheel is off take off steeing wheel. To adjust with tires. I get some hamerd carts. I work on club car president
trash advice. this video on toein actually throws out the caster camber. club car should be NO toe in. Set the tires to track straight. 1/4" to 3/8" toe in eats the tires up quick. THIS IS A FALSE CLAIM ON EATING UP TURF.
How do I adjust the alignment with the single tie rod, my lift is 4 inches, I think I also need to adjust my front leaf springs. Looks like a pain, fellow marine mechanic.

This is precisely the information I was looking for. Thank you 🙏👏
How do you fix negative camber where the top of the front tires are closer toegther than the bottom of the tires?
Hi Dale, they need to be toed in not out. They have both a toe in and camber adjustment.

If uper control arm is bent that will throw alignment off or other bent parts.
this your video? my tires are bowed out near the ground
So do mine. Really bad. How do I adjust that without buying a new lift kit

Hello! From what I can tell my alignment is fine but my steering wheel is not straight. How would I fix this?
Hi Thomas, if the wheel isn't pretty close to straight then there is usually a problem with the alignment.
Thanks for the video but what color is this cart. I'm looking for a color like this
It is Atlantic Blue. The color is discontinued but you maybe able to find it from a local dealer.
Dont let the disteeld water go below the cell in the battries .they take alot of water. If yer running a fleet
