in this sentence, the object goes in case 3 because there is a preposition or it goes in case 2 because it is the object of the verb?

Fatahni = I opened
Fatahni Muhammadun = it doesn't make sense
It could be :
Fataha Muhammadun = Muhammad opened
But still,
Fataha Muhammadun Al Qurana
= Muhammad opened the Quran
This too doesn't make sense
