Seeing a TFK reaction in 2022 is so strange to me but I’m here for it. I discovered TFK a long ass time ago, I think 7-8 yrs ago to be precise. Their whole The End is Where We Begin Album is still one of my favorite albums ever.
Here’s a list of songs you gotta check out that I remember off the top of my head (there will be quite a few so sorry in advance):
    Be Somebody
The End is Where We Begin
    We Are
    Untraveled Road
    Light up the Sky
    I Get Wicked
    Welcome to the Masquerade
    Move
    Fly on the Wall
    Take it Out on Me
    War of Change
    Absolute
    Phenomenon
    E for Extinction
    So Far Gone
    Incomplete

BRUH SAME honestly, it's incredible how I remember the songs just from reading the names even though it's been like 8 - 9 years or something. Btw I love all of these too.

In case you were unaware. TFK is a Christian band. So their songs usually have Christian themes. I saw them in Creation many years ago. They were pretty good live.

I discovered TFK almost 10 years ago by now, from a good friend of mine, and he actually played this song as the very first one to show me, so this is so cool to see someone else finding this band too! Hopefully you can keep finding more of their songs to enjoy Dave! And as always, it's awesome to see your reactions to finding new music!

Dave crushing it with another great reaction! I absolutely love TFK - have seen them multiple times live, and Trevor (the lead singer) is one of the few frontmen who actually sounds almost exactly the same live. Unfortunately, they haven’t put out any new music in years, but I really hope you react to more of their songs!

Yes, dub. I love this band, got me through middle school and some of high school. Def a thing of my childhood amv days. Phenomenon is a banger, same with war of change, take it out on me, be somebody, untraveled road is goated. I really like this band, if you couldn't tell. Edit: How could I have forgotten about The Part That Hurts The Most, that's an L for me.

I was actually obsessed with Thousand foot Krutch during my early years in Highschool. Good times.
Another band that you could give a listen to would be Breaking Benjamin or Broken Iris. Both are great in my opinion.
From Breaking Benjamin I like “Diary of Jane” and “Dance with the Devil”
From Broken Iris I like “Beautiful Girl”, “Broken Inside” and “Where Butterflies Never Die”

This is shaping up to be my favorite song ever... so earwormy.
Here's something I read recently looking up the meaning of the song (I'd share the link but those comments always disappear from the comment section for some reason...):
    An Apocalypse Warning
Upon closer inspection, “Courtesy Call” reveals itself to be a forewarning about the impending apocalypse, often referred to as the Second Coming of Christ or the end of the world. The chorus sets the stage for this message, with the lyrics: “Here comes the danger up in this club, when we get started man, we ain’t gonna stop. We gonna turn it out ’til it gets too hot, everybody sing, hey-o.”
It’s a call to action, urging us to prepare ourselves for what’s to come. The storm mentioned in the first verse represents the trials and challenges we will face during this period. It’s not a question of trust, but rather a plea for solidarity. The song asks, “Will you stand with us?” It emphasizes the need for unity in the face of adversity.
    A Fight Beyond Words
The pre-chorus further deepens the meaning behind “Courtesy Call”. It implies that this war we’re fighting is not just a physical battle, but encompasses something more profound. The lyrics, “It takes more than meets the eye, this war we’re fighting is not just writing,” suggest that the struggle goes beyond what we can see or comprehend. It is a spiritual battle that requires strength and resilience.
    The Power of Music
Thousand Foot Krutch’s ability to tackle such weighty subject matter while maintaining an infectious energy is what makes “Courtesy Call” so compelling. The song shakes you to the core, just like the storm mentioned in the lyrics, but it simultaneously empowers you to face whatever comes your way.
The band’s fusion of rock, alternative metal, and rap-rock genres creates a unique sound that perfectly complements the urgency of the message. The chorus, with its catchy “hey-o” chants, invites the listener to join in, making it impossible to resist rocking out and embracing the strength within.
    Final Thoughts
“Courtesy Call” serves as a reminder of the collective power we have when we come together and face challenges head-on. It warns us to be prepared for what’s to come and emphasizes the importance of standing united. The song’s energy and powerful message make it a timeless anthem that resonates with listeners.
