- The Elbian people are not happy with puppet status. Their protests have to be put down by German tanks (as long as they aren’t stolen by Romanians).
The India vs China war rages on, and it has escalated. International support from Arcadia, Batavia and Italy could save China - but will it last? Each of these nations has its own self interest, and the resilient Nusantaran fleet is not going to make their intervention easy. The Gran Colombians did not forget last episode’s backstab.
The diplomacy in Europe is shifting, and even this late into the campaign interesting moves will be made to forge the sides of the next major conflict. There will be unexpected allies and enemies, and all of it will stem from an unlikely plan from a far-away nation seeking to return to its ancestral homeland. The Batavians tried it with Scandinavia, now they’re looking for a new supporter.

0:20 Fun fact, this tank was called the FIAT 2000.
The italians wanted domestic tank production, instead of relying on french Renault FT17 imports.
They wanted a big, heavy and masculine tank, similar to the english Mark types and built this monstrosity.
Only one prototype was built, tried and accepted into service, but never saw actual combat, because FIAT went behind the back of the italian government, secured a license deal with the french and started production of their own pattern of the FT17, called FIAT 3000.
After WW1, the tank was sent to Lybia as a parading vehicle, to bolster morale of the troops and dab on the locals by going through obstacles, crashing cars and concrete, etc...
Then it was shipped back home, sometimes was reactivated to go to parades, then put back into hybernation.
Until 1939... when it just vanished... I shit you not, not even the italians at the time knew how and where did it disappeared. It's likely, that the remnants of the Mafia stole it, or some grumpy railway workers or an underpaid quartermaster sold it for scrap metal.
A Romanian stole it and did a joyride through Prague.

I like how the relationship between you and Elbians has swapped from the start of the game. He started out a GP and you a wholesome bavarian sidekick, he forms his map, you slowly eclipse him and take his land, you from your map, now he's your wholesome Bohemian sidekick.

Elbian Confederation's southern and most of western border is identical to modern Polish and Bohemian borders combined. Once they take Polish part of the PLC remnants, their eastern border will be nearly identical too. Pretty interresting.
They should rename their country to Zapadoslavia

I like how the map of the teams in the final conflict really reflects a Central Powers or Axis vs Allies scenario where the whole center of Europe's sandwiched between two sides. And if the Ottomans join the Central Powers that's even more accurate!

The A7V is my favourite tank of WW1. I know it didn't work so well, but I just think they are neat.
I mean they worked perfectly well, the issue was that they only made 20 of them, which is pretty pathetic when you look at the entente producing around 8,000 tanks during the war.

honestly, would appreciate a separate video regarding elbian rebellion. Because it happens to me a lot of time in SP late game unless i Intentionally force reforms by tricking AI giving me war exhaustion in early game
