    My vit d level 5.9 and my husband s level is 9.4 .doctor prescribe us vit d supplement fr 12 week. And lotz of sunlight and vit d riches food also. But the fact is that sunlight does not enter in our house and we have very busy schedule in the morning. Above all my husband has dairy food allergie. In this situation what to do? Please advice.

    Mai 3.5 sal se ghar me hi rahta hu kabhi jada Kam ho tabhi bahar jata HU mujhe apne jo bhi lakshan bataye 80% lagu hai. Mai Chal bhi nahi pa raha ek kadam rakhne me Marne ko ji karta hai. Kyuki itna dard Mai sah nahi pa raha. School me vitamin D ke bare me padha tha so aaj search kar liya. Isse pahle bahut garam pani thande pani aadi upay apnaye par Koi solution nahi nikla.aaj Doctor se vitamin D ke bare me bat karunga. Thank you so much

    Mene test kiya Vit. D3 - 5.3 NG ..aya..mujhe bohot thakavat mehsus hoti hai ..joint pain bohot he...weight 4 month me 4 KG bgh gya...plz koi sugestion dijiye...tablet bhi chalu he...lekin koi effect nhi....aur mai Vegiterian huu...

    मेने चेकअप भी कराया था मेरे शरीर मे विटमिन d का स्तर 21ng/ml निकला डॉ ने मुझे गोलियां दी एक महीने तक खाने के लिये मेने 2 हफ्ते खाकर बंद कर दी अब आप ये बताये कि क्या ये विटामिन डी की कमी से ही टांगो में दर्द ओर कमजोरी है

      Swati Ji, Aap pediatrician se mil lijiye... wo aapke bachhe ka pura check up kar ke... us hisaab se medicine ka dose denge.... Bina tests ke koi bhi aapke bachhe ki medicine ka dose decide nhi kar sakta... UA-cam ki video se jaankari prapt karna achhi baat he... Par Doctor se milne ke baad hi ilaaj shuru kare....

    But 1% bhi relief nhi mila

      Dear Karan Rattu,
      Agar aap ko jayada pareshaani mehsoos ho rahi he to aap Doctor se mil le, wo aapko supplement (vitamin D ki dawai) de denge. Isse aapko bahut jaldi aaram aa jayega. Aap is video me di hui jaankari ka bhi istemaal kar sakte ho taaki aapko bhavishya me doobara vitamin D ki kami na ho.
