I really agree with you. I am 57 and discoverd metal there is 22 years ago and it is with classical music the only I listen to. I discovetd Lord in 2014 and I fell in love with there last album Judas and the second CD attached in the package.
The songs are all incredibles. I can't listen some other music since return very quicly at Lord.
It is an exceptionnal group.

I'm only half your age but I just wanna say LOTL has been amazing compared to alot that comes out these days. Thornstar is my favorite album and helped me with the passing of my GF. Morgana had such a deep meaning for me and really helped me process my loss.

I agree, when I first heard this song with my brother I hadn't read the title of the song, he just put it on. I told him that song sounds really good and that it sounded like Lord Of The Lost, he got so annoyed as he told me it was them.

I wish LOTL released its instrumental (and of many other songs). Chris has a beautiful and haunting voice but I've always liked listening to the instrumentals as well, especially when they're this great.

@@plumflowersnannyplum7325 I have a theatrical history, something about this song caught my attention, it's cleverly crafted mixing old & new styles with a positive message. His vocals, diction, staging is on point and their connection as artists was obvious, like Måneskin 2 years ago. Plus they are very masculine yet non threatening/aggressive which is comes across as inclusive to me.
I love Germany dared to be authentic and chose an established band to represent. I searched the bands history and they are all multi talented musicians, Chris Harms is classically trained and totally genuine. They always have fascinating videos and variety in their song structures, that worked for me. Check out the concert they did with an orchestra, I was surprised. An old gal learns to appreciate different music. Gotta love eurovision for that 😁
